They do quality work, nice fencing and they offer plastic and metal perforation too.

Bad experience all round.
- Very unclear communication just in the bidding phase.
- Then very difficult to follow their ridiculous PO setup that required 2 separate purchase orders for the same project
- My sales rep was frankly rude and difficult to deal with, then when dealing with another rep for quoting a different project I could not even get an email reponse back.
- Once we were installing we wanted to ask about a field change the general contractor requested and we got back rude responses and ZERO help for a VERY expensive product.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO USE A PRODUCT LIKE THIS, CALL PALMSHEILD INSTEAD. They are WAY easier to work with and much less expensive than Ametco. I will attempt to flip every Ametco job to a different manufacturer if the architects will allow.

Was recently contracted to install an ametco iron fence kit. This was one of the worst products I've ever worked with. The powder coat is peeling off, holes are missing or in the wrong spot, holes that never got tapped like they should've, missing mounting brackets, a gate that doesn't want to open because it was welded together out of flush, and much much more. It might have been an easy install if Ametco had any type of competent quality control. Never. Ever. Again.

Terrible customer service. Not timely. Extreme lack of communication. Did not produce drawings on time.

Ametco bailed on our project and left us out to hang dry, serious lack of communication on their end, couldn't produce approval drawings in a timely manner, list could go on. Full of lame excuses. Avoid.
