AMF Riviera Lanes reviews
29Nice place.expensive in comparison to other bowling venues around. We usually spend 50 bucks or less for our family of 4 to bowl 4 games each. Here it was almost 80! Definitely NOT worth nearly double the price. OH, and we don't rent shoes since we have our own.
It was good, but a little hot in there on a Friday night. Wasn't crowded just maybe AC not working
We bowled 7 games, the rack fell down twice on me and the ball hit it, very embarrassing! I’ve been bowling over 40+ years. It happened about 15 minutes apart. We got 1 pitcher of beer. Overall cost me around $61. Does that seemed worth it? I live close and it seemed like a nice center. I’ve only lived here 4 years. Makes me wonder if I will return. Bad experience
This place was just gross. They don’t clean or disinfect anything - I brought my own sanitizing wipes and cleaned the bowling ball I used. The finger holes came out BLACK and I just couldn’t believe they wouldn’t clean the one thing people would continuously touch during the pandemic or not. My boyfriend and I went to play one of the claw arcade games and I stepped to the side and was splashed by water from a ceiling leak that was HUGE. For a popular local place I was extremely disappointed. I could not sanitize enough.
Extremely expensive, even for just 1 game. I wanted 2 games and shoes and it was going to be $17. A tad much. They do have a pass which is worth it if you live close but if not don’t waste your time with this. It’s just a built up rich person bowling alley with no soul to it.
Both the website and the signs on the doors say the COVID hours are from 3p- 12a. I arrived at 10p only to discover that all the doors were locked. Tried calling got no answer. So an employee walk out shortly after and leave. Website needs to reflect an accurate time.
Friendly staff. Cool dinosaur ramps for young kids. A bit pricier than other local places. But not by much.
Actually went here for company party. I did not bowl.wanted to visit. Great, nice employees. A pretty nice bowling place.
It should not cost $140 dollars for a family of four to bowl 3 games and get food for a 3 and 6 year old. Ridiculously unaffordable for BOWLING!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Older woman behind the desk has HORRIBLE people skills. Prices are ridiculously high. 10 bucks for a shot? Lane upkeep is terrible as well. STAY AWAY!
Very nice place! My family went on a Sunday evening and felt like it was a private bowling party! Very clean. Love the upgraded monitors and the ease of inputting bowler info including left/right hand. The bowling shoes looked new. Staff very friendly. Different specials throughout the week (ex.college night, $2.22 night) Great place for family entertainment.
We had a good time and the staff were excellent. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the oil on the was very inconsistent. My son's ball was doing "S" on the lane before hit and riding the bumper.
They do a great job with all the Bowling activities. If you haven't eaten their food you really should. All made in house all the way down to the Nacho Chips.
Excellent sports shop. Lots of history at this location. Well maintained lanes plenty of them. Great staff
There were plenty of lanes and plenty of shoes and bowling balls. It has automatic scoreboards.
Visited around noon time & the place was completely empty. Basically had the whole bowling alley to ourselves. The staff was insanely nice, inside was clean & the updated technology was awesome. I highly recommend this place & we’ll forsure be going back!
I love the game of bowling & AMF Riviera Lanes have made it possible for my family & I to continue the sport we enjoy
This is a WONDERFUL center. Everyone on staff (from the front counter, bar, kitchen, techs in back, to management) is like family and are truly great people. The league bowlers here are the BEST!
Its a decent bowling alley but it is unbelieveably expensive. 3 games for the wife and I cost us $46.
Very expensive bowling and our two lanes did not work properly. The gate at the pins would not go back up on several occasions. But a very clean place to go bowling
