AMF Sawmill Lanes / Bowlero Columbus

This was a much needed break from the house since the start of the pandemic The staff was very respectful. Continues help with my whole crew there. Crystal was a very amazing person. Very sweet to my son the whole time. I have to say, this place is the best place to go for a any type of bowling event. Clean, Courteous, helpful, friendly and truly amazing place. This is the best place to be during this pandemic

Great experience bowling here. The ambience is pretty chill and the games were smooth. Would love to come back!

Very clean and well maintained facility, but the pricing model is a little on the high end.
Overall pleasant experience, but wasn't happy with the end cost for a few games of bowling.

Ever since Covid everybody has an attitude And that's if you can find help to pay to order to spend money, when you're only trying to support your bowling alley and it's just ending up no fun and it makes me sad,

So many lanes, and it's really nice inside. A really good selection of ball weights and they were all in good condition. The have many specials on different nights of the week, so look for those. We bowled two games each and had a great time.

Clean, equipment works well. I would say a little over priced you can find better deals to bowl during the day.

Wow. What a place for bowling alley lover's. 50 bowling tracks at a time can be played. Very neat and clean. Staff very friendly. A place for parties with sporty enjoyment. Food also good. Games for children also available. But rental for shoes are more than the game fees. Management must look into this for cutting down the rental cost. Also enjoy the sport on big screen. But worth visiting the place.

Pricey. Even for kids. Person forgot to turn our lane on. So a manager had to come fix it. Couldn't find smaller balls for children. Everything was mixed up all together.

Great deals especially on monday, all you can bowl after 8 for $13. Around 100 lanes so it's easy to get a lane right away. Friendly staff and also has arcade games.

Nice location, friendly people - 5 star. The equipment, ambience, food are around 3.5 to 4 star (compared to few other places I have visited outside this city). But my family is a regular customer here. My 6 year old love this.

What a FANTASTIC for Birthday parties! We just hosted about 15 people for our 2 years olds birthday party and let me tell you, it was fun for all! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the manager was very tentative and hands on, the venue was clean and the food was really good! The decor on the food table was very cute as well and even had a sign on it with our last name (nice personal touch). Thank you Sawmill Lanes for such a fun memorable afternoon!

Heard about this company through Groupon. Offer was the arcade only. AMF touted that there were a lot of games. They had about 12 and 1 (the motorcycle) was not working. Most games required more than 1 credit.

People are very friendly - especially the bartender! She was wonderful! Very clean and food was very good.

I had a coupon which they didn't honor, they were rude and it's possibly the most expensive bowling trip ever. There's much better alternatives available.

Have been going here since I was a kid. Love the remodel/update that has been done over the years. Got rid of the smoky smell and is now a great place to take my kids! Very friendly staff!

We like to visit different bowling alleys each week. We really wanted to like it here but that was not the case unfortunately. The lanes were really cramped and the oil was heavy. The snack bar wasn't staffed to take orders. You had to go to the front desk to order drinks or food and the line was long with people coming in to check-in to bowl already. Two thirds of the lanes had no lighting except a black light and you could not even see lane markers. Made for a rough bowling experience. The one positive is that the staff at the front desk was very nice. We got to check off this alley from our list. That's also a positive.

I must say.was very skeptical coming to this alley with reading some of the reviews but definitely glad I took the gamble!
The staff we’re nothing but kind and courteous! The two young ladies working the counter were so sweet and helpful getting our shoes and lanes taken care of! We came yesterday for the $2 Tuesday and the food was delicious! The kitchen staff was so nice and Roberto was very helpful on pointing my choice in the tasty direction. The tacos were simply delicious along with the buffalo cauliflower bites! The man who brought us food was so courtesy Lastly, the drinks were simply delicious! The bartender last night was so nice, courteous and silly! You could tell she cares about her customers experiences and left with a smile on the face! Long Island were 2$ and some change but were so delicious and not too strong. Drink service at the time of club bowling are a little slow, sadly.but while making orders before mine, she made sure to take others and laughing making for an well rounding night. Only reason why giving 4 stars is the building does need some love in being updated and a brighter parking lot. But all in all the experience was nothing but fun, positive and just great! Reccomend all the way for a fun and inexpensive night.

First time going, friendly staff and the location is clean and well kept.my 4yr old loved the cheese pizza!

Expensive and run down. Typical bowling alley with arcades. The parking lot isn’t well lit and at night the area seems less than inviting. We had set up a company event here which the staff was super accommodating but the price ended up being more than originally negotiated. I like dealing with the staff on site but in order to reserve for a party you are speaking with some sales rep offsite.
