They came out and did their estimate and within a day, had quoted us a total price, with a breakdown for all options. They also gave us a timetable.

We reviewed quotes from other roofers. They were very high and they had no definite schedule.

We confirmed with Reuben and we were scheduled for the week of 8/21 (but actually starting on 8/22).

Reuben sent over all of the necessary documents.

The crew showed up before 6am on 8/22.

Within 6 hours, they had removed our old roof from our house and our separate garage, replaced it with the under layer and then a metal roof on both, took down two chimneys, installed a vent cap, cleaned up and departed.

Today, the gutter/downspout guys showed up early and completed the whole gutter/downspout replacement in around 3 hours.
