Great experience finding exactly what I needed, for the purpose I needed, while also fitting my timeframe. Customer service associate Lexi was awesome and lined me up with everything I needed including all information about options, sales, and delivery which made the actual sales process straightforward and easy. Being able to go through everything with her was wonderful and allowed me to be comfortable and completely sure of what delivery would be like, what I needed to have done before delivery, and I was confident that I fully understood the financing down payment, monthly payments, and all other financial requirements before purchasing.

This company has also been great on not pressuring sales. After talking with Lexi, we took a month to prepare for our new building. Unlike most other businesses, they didn’t hound me with calls everyday or blow up my email. Once we were ready for our building we reached out again and had things finalized with one phone call and an emailed electronic document. I’m very impressed that we were able to do everything including payment over the phone. I can’t wait until we get our new building now!

Easy to deal with, friendly customer service. Now if I actually receive my building I’ll be even more impressed.

I was able to build, order, and pay for my shed online in just a couple of hours. The initial response to my quote request came within 30 minutes of submission.

So far the experience has been a very smooth one, even with me being indecisive, the ladies were patient and willing to help with whatever. I would give 5 stars but I haven't received the building yet. I hope it goes as professionally as easily as the shopping/buying part. Shout out to Lexi!

This company treated us so good the first time, we're back for a second building. And it's the same thing this second time, so that we're planning to go with them on a future, 3rd, building. Awesome!

So easy to work with. Hannah offered us many options and made all the arrangements for us. Couldn't have been more impressed.

It was nice working with Brandon Hendrix & his co-worker. They didn't pressure you to just buy they wanted to help get what you wanted or needed. Delivery was spot on & I wasn't able to be home but they dropped the shed right on my marks. Very good service!

Was done over the phone since the places they have r too far from us. They would have been closed by the time we got there. But it was a good experience. Can’t wait til we get our shed.

My wife and I went in last week to ask about chicken coops. Sam helped us and answered all our questions. Today I went back in and bought a chicken coop that was in stock at the Lima branch. Very easy process and Sam was great to work with. Can’t wait to have it delivered!

Very pleased with my experience with Amish sheds Direct. Didn't give 5 stars due to my concern of the thin areas of paint on the exterior. Waiting to see how customer services responds to this issue

I would go somewhere other than the Van Buren location. Sam has been dishonest from the beginning. He lied about the shed, pricing, delivery. Luke was responding at first then quit as soon as we said something about what he said that ended up being untrue. Kindsay helped out after Sam lied about the shed to us. If you look at the other negative reviews everytime a customer says that they said one thing or was dishonest they claim "miscommunication". So every time they lie instead of owning up to it they quit responding or claim miscommunication. Just like the manager will respond to this review with "miscommunication" like he does for all other negative reviews.

Kindsay apologized for Sam and Luke dishonestly and said they are working on better training for employees.
