Anders Dermatology, Toledo OH

This practice used to be excellent and very focused on yhe patient. But in the last few years it's become very apparent that they are more interested in the money and not their patients well-being. And from what the office chatter says they also aren't very interested in fostering a good work environment.

I want to give a huge shout out to the office manager and the two assistants that helped me today! So funny story (not at the time) my son and I where leaving his appointment and as we where getting into the elevator I had him hold my wedding ring so I could lotion my hands. Well when I went to take it off his finger it slipped out of my hand and feel in the crack as the doors were closing. I went back up to Anders and asked if there is someone I could call and instead the office manager and her two assistants came to help. They went above and beyond and helped rescue my ring for me. I wish I would of got their name’s because they truly are my life savers. Thank you ladies all three of you are amazing!

So disappointed staff did not wear masks and patients were not encouraged to do so. Will be looking for a more responsible practice.

Monique in Anders Dermatology provides very good service. I see her annually for a body scan. She explains things well, is thorough and has a wonderful personality. I feel confident in her ability in dermatological issues and am comfortable seeing her.

My dad was a patient here for years and always had great things to say. I never had any issues with my skin, so I never had a reason to visit until right after my 21st birthday. I went from having perfect skin to acne all over. Thanks to the doctors recommendations my skin looks perfect again! I also got my first syringe of lip filler (juvederm) done by Tracy and I couldn’t be happier with it. I recommend Anders derm to everyone I know!

The front desk girls were great, Dr very good and thorough and froze two spots on my face. Check out quick and easy.

The office has very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Krishna Mutgi is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Hannah is so great and the girl at the front desk is so sweet (congrats on almost 1 yr girl!) and everyone is so nice there. It’s super clean and smells so good!

Overall a good place. However, I booked with a different provider for an issue as my regular couldn't see me anytime soon and it was more pressing than usual. I had to go to the 1st floor office (I'm always on the 2nd floor). My appt was at 11: 15. I DID NOT GET TAKEN BACK UNTIL 11: 45. I casually said "I thought you guys forgot about me! " as I finally got taken back, and it was a cold-shoulder I got in response. I got NO explanation as to why I sat there for 30 mins waiting for an appt that only takes 10-15 mins. I missed other obligations I had afterwards due to this. To me, it is unacceptable only because no one reassured me of anything at all that day. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I will never go to the 1st floor office ever again.

I had basal cell removed from my right cheek back in September 2020. Was giving it time to heal completely before making any judgment. I have about a 11/2 inch scar on my cheek, which I was told would be very small, and wouldn't even notice it. And that wasn't by the doctor, but his nurse. I dont think the doctor even said 2 words. Came on did procedure, came back in and stitched me up. If you need to get any kind of procedure done here, please make sure you get 2nd opinion. I never even met the doctor prior to surgery, I guess which was my first mistake.

The staff at Anders Dermatology is great! I’ve been going here for a few years now and I have always had good experiences. My Aesthetician, Dr. Aida Deeb, and Dr. Tracy are amazing, and they answer any and all questions I have as well as they make my time there worthwhile!

I have struggled with psoriasis for a few years and have been to several Dermatologist with no success. One visit and two weeks later the results are unbelievable. Monique was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I honestly cant say enough good things about my experience with Anders Dermatology and Monique!

I absolutely love both the medical and cosmetic staff here. Since I’ve begun going with the combination of the correct medications from the medical side and amazing extractions on the cosmetic my acne has improved dramatically. Super amazing facility!

I love Anders Dermatology! The entire staff is great, my calls are always answered right away and it is easy to schedule my appointments. I usually go to Tracy CNP and Cathy. Both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. You can tell they really care about their patients. They offer a variety of cosmetic services which Cathy does an amazing job at making you feel very relaxed and comfortable during. I also love the variety of skin care products, which are sold right there in the office. I have always had wonderful experiences with Anders and highly recommend them!

I love everyone at Anders Dermatology! Cathy is amazing for all your skin care needs. Underarm hair removal, microneedling, brows, and I just had an eyelash perm and L️VE the results! Tracy Rosplohowski is the best NP out there and my kids absolutely love her. And Dr. Tim and Dr. John are amazing too and I can’t recommend them enough. I Love, love, love this practice!

I’ve been in the search of a great dermatologist for awhile now after having a bad experience two years ago & I’m happy to say I found it. I seen Dr. Ana for my initial visit she gave excellent care to all of my concerns and questions. I also came back two days later for a mini facial & dermaplane with Aida the Aesthetician && She was incredible! She gave me tons of great recommendations on my skincare & products without to pressure of sales! I felt so comfortable, even tho it was my first time in her care it was like seeing an old friend & I can’t wait to come back! Every person I had contact both times I’ve been there & on the phone are so friendly & that is sadly hard to find in a lot of medical practices. I work in medical & understand how important that is to be able to provide excellent high quality care to patients! Thanks everyone at Anders Dermatology your quality of care does not go unrecognized!
