Ange's Pizza, Whitehall OH

Good pizza, but employees not friendly, seem over worked. I think they should have special through out the week. Be more professional on the phone at all times! I went back 3 times after this review. The pizza don't taste the same. $17 for 1 Topping too much. Massey's taste better.

Very disappointed that my pizza came incorrect. Between the internet and the store we are stuck with an inedible pizza. I normally call my order but decided to do it online. I will call from now on. Stuck with a $20.00 unedible pizza. I will always order from anges but today's mistake is disappointing.

Outstanding pizza! Proof positive that you don't need a brick oven to make world class pizza.

This has been my go to for pizza & subs since I was told about them when I moved to this side of town almost 6 years ago. The 3 stars is based on THIS experience because they were 5 in my book prior. I ordered the big. Super I think they call it. Italian sub like usual.delivery as I mostly do. Got here quickly, tipped the driver almost $3 because I ALWAYS tip and try to do it in cash only to open my sub and it was the regular NOT the Super. I called to let them know and I was told I only paid for the regular so he could give me $3 off my next order. No attempt to even look up my previous orders, no apology, no I could pay the difference and they would send what I ACTUALLY ORDERED. I'll be finding somewhere else to get my subs and pizza from. Good food is one thing but taking care of decent, pretty regular customers is another.

Good service. Good pizza. Unfortunately they also had really good meatball subs and now I see they’ve taken them off their menu (even though the Noe-Bixby location which doesn’t deliver still offers the sub). That was really all I ordered from there anymore and they were a convenient half mile away down the road. Used to be good for buying 2-3 at a time to get me through a day or so, spent a good $35+ per trip including good tips to the delivery driver. Guess I don’t really have a need to do any business with them anymore.

Ordered 4 nights in a row. Each time, different items. All great. Don’t worry about me, I do cardio.

NEVER A BAD PIZZA.and there Salids always freash. GREETINGS WITH A KIND SMILE. OR. HELLO.well trained staff. DONT CHANGE A THING. FOR YEARS.spot on good place.

Angie's pizza has the best priced pizza for what I order

Angie's don't deliver to me so I have to pick up which I hate because their parking lot is so freaking small.

Excellent food with great staff. Deliveries are always prompt and food is still hot.
I definitely recommend Ange's Pizza and give it 4 stars for good food and good service.

It's like they do not understand your language on the order come on the instruction are not hard wow get some workers that understand you and not just once each time no more service from me Angie's

People work here are very rude! Told me my food just come out oven at place 2 secs from my house and my food was cold! They will argue with ya, i had to go in after payin delivery fees!

My first time placing an order here the worst customer service ever was placing the order the guy just kept sitting there saying hello said he could hear me but every time I said my order he didn’t acknowledge the Order or that he was getting what I was saying let’s just say this will be my last order from here EVER!

Staff was horribly rude. Pizza came undercooked with raw dough and the store refused to do anything about it. The manager refused to give his name.

Ange's please get it together! Your pizza is WET every time my family orders it, literally has been sopping and drenched for the past 6 months.not to mention its usually only HALF cheesed! What's pizza without cheese? Sauce on dough!

On top of that, I think you guys gave me some kind of illness this time around, because I ate it and it IMMEDIATELY came out and gave me some pretty severe stomach pain!

Pizza is always full of grease and is just out right nasty. Never liked it no matter how many times I try it.

I love Angie’s but these last 3 times I had a delivery I wait over 2 hours. They alway give an excuse but I don’t get the excuse until I call asking what’s going on.

I love Anges pizza. But tonight I ordered their bacon cheeseburger pizza. Since it isn't on their website I called it in. Pizza got here on time and when I opened the box it was a BLT pizza. So I called back and told them. And the lady on the phone said yeah thats the BLT pizza. I said no I ordered the cheeseburger. So she goes to talk to her manager and comes back and tells me since the ticket says BLT that I can't get a discount or anything. For one, I work at a pizza shop and I get people have mistakes. But for them to blame me because their cashier rang it up wrong isn't my fault. When I'm at work I always repeat the order back to avoid this issue. It just wasn't handled properly but the pizza was still good. Just not what I wanted.

Second time I have ordered from this establishment and asked for a well done bake and received a pizza that was soggy and undercooked. Used to be one of my favorites but I'll drive the extra miles for some delicious Terita's pizza next time. It's a no go for me.
