The love and care shown by the entire staff during an emergency was wonderful. We had no appointment. They said just bring him in. We are very thankful for these professionals.

From the people answering the phones to the vet techs and doctors, they have always been very professional and friendly. Would never think about taking my babies anywhere else!

Dr. Schwab is remarkable. The folks here do so much for rescuing and adopting out cats. We adopted our cat from here and stayed on as a patient.

Despite having a very busy day in clinic, Dr. Schwab listened to and gave me great advice for any questions I had. She gave my cat a thorough exam and the vet techs were great as well. They went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable and took time to trim her nails as well.

We felt well cared for by everyone here, and plan to continue making the trip from downtown Columbus out here. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Schwab and her team to anyone. Take a look at their adoptable cats too, they're doing great work finding good homes for these animals.

The doctor and staffs are adorable. I have been going there for my cat. I love this place. Staff are friendly and courteous. Best place for vet care. No wait there, welcome at the door when you reach there. Visit and see the difference of care level.

I had called because I found a 8 week old kitten who seems to have a injured paw. I wanted to get him checked out. When the women answered the phone I was trying to explain, and before I could even finish she said “We aren’t accepting new clients. ” And then hung up the phone. That was very unprofessional and rude. Sad thing is, my neighbor recommended this Animal Care Hospital.

My Cavalier was not himself recently. COVID19 required some difficult decisions within all veterinary practices so I knew what to expect when I called. This wasn't an emergency situation but something was really bothering my Copper. Dr. Schwab has been his only Doctor since puppyhood began nearly 13 years ago. She knew this dog and knew his symptoms needed attention. Though it was hard not to be inside the exam room with him, Dr. Schwab and team did everything exactly as hoped from interviewing me about his condition while in the parking lot, masks on and everything, to Dr. Schwab debriefing me on her findings, his prognosis, new medications, and follow-up. Copper is on his new meds now, finally slept through the night much more comfortably, and had a much better day today. I am fortunate to have them on my pets' side and can not recommend this practice enough.

We take two of our cats, Tabby and Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, to Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg. So far we have only Seen Dr. Schwab and I love her! Everyone we have come into contact with is caring, attentive, and professional.

I found ACHR 28 yrs ago when I rescued a domestic rabbit from a friend's parking lot. They have been my vets through 2 rabbits, one I adopted from one of their techs, and 7 kitties, one of whom I adopted from ACHR. They are wonderful, friendly, caring, compassionate people and will always be my veterinarians!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Animal Care Hospital for several years. I love Drs. Melin and Schwab. They’re caring and so knowledgeable. I wouldn’t think of taking my dogs anywhere else.

Great staff! Everyone was super caring of Walnut and Peanut, our guinea pigs. They took their time with them and with us and shared a lot of knowledge and great information for our little piggies. I would reccomend them for all animal care!
