Animal Hospital of New Albany

We take our dog to get washed at the Animal Hospital (along with his Vet needs) and the fact that the Hospital does not upsell us is one aspect that is greatly appreciated. The other is that they will make us aware of things during the bath process (if anything comes up that needs addressed. This service is second to none.

Lastly, the overall customer service is always friendly and I will not be taking our dog anywhere else. I am writing this review after taking our dog for two years to Animal Hospital as well so this review was written after many interactions with the Staff.

Under awful circumstances, Dr. Roehrenbeck, James, Tristan and the whole team at Animal hospital of New Albany showed such great care and compassion to our family as we said goodbye to our sweet pup. They went above and beyond and we will forever be grateful for their kindness during our time of need.

I liked the place. They were great when everything was good but when you need their support and empathy when the
unordinary happens, they are not there for you.
I was late for a grooming appointment (that I have been waiting for probably 2 months) because I was bitten by a dog when I picked my dog from boarding the same morning, i came over, still bleeding, still in shock of what just happened to me, before going to urgent care to be checked and they didn’t take him, nor offer any help to me. We were not walk ins. That’s the place I have been taking him since we got him.
The office manager was there when it all happened, she didn’t even move a muscle or called me back when I called to speak with her.
I will never go there again.

I love Dr. R and the staff at the Animal Hospital. They are so nice and prompt. When I call to set up for an appointment whether it's for a monthly nail trim or a concern, they always can get me in and take such great care of my fur babies.

Dr. R and team are thorough, prompt at returning calls, getting my dogs seen when needed, and always provide excellent care in a clean welcoming environment.
