OMGGG! I love this place I always get what I ask for and more…Octavia is my nail tech you guys should definitely request or book an appointment️

I call this place of business at 3: 45 to see if I could come in after I got off work to get my eyebrows waxed when I got off work saying i’d be there at 5: 30.the lady on the phone was super sweet and said “of course that’s perfect” and asked for my name so she could let the eyebrow tech know.perfect. 5pm rolls around and I get off work and head straight there.mind you, their hours online and on the door say 6pm is when they close. I arrive (a 15-20 min drive out of the way btw) and the door is locked. I call and a different lady answers asking if she could help me and when I told her I was there for my eyebrows (5: 31pm) she says “oh sorry we’re closed.the brow tech left” I explained how I had talked to someone else and they should have put my name down somewhere and she immediately says “sorry I can’t find your name” when she didn’t even ask for my name, so how could she find it? I go back and forth with her on the phone as i’m standing outside the door, very frustrated at this point.if they’re going to close 30 mins early then they should’ve told me on the phone that they couldn’t take me before I drove out of my way to come here.im not the type to be a “karen” so to speak about customer service as I work in the industry as well, but the lack of effort from this place is just crazy. 0 stars

Octavia did my pedicure & waxed my eyebrows as Sue, my regular, was initially busy. Sue was able to do my manicure & gel polish. I was very pleased to have great service on my 65th birthday!

I should have trusted the negative reviews. This was the first time in my entire life that someone cut my finger while getting my nails done. The nail tech was so rude and was rushing. I didn’t even have her finish I got up and left. This place does not seem to care about the quality of its employees or the quality of work.

Not good to their word on their appointments. Would have had to wait to get nail service 45 mins after scheduled appointment. Highly disappointed.

Got myself and my partner booked, same day within a few hours of me calling and my nails look gorgeous! It was a wonderful experience

Rude.expensive.sloppy polish on nails and toes. I received my service on Saturday afternoon and polish started coming up from
the nail.peeling tht same evening. For the price the service was not well executed.very disappointed.

My manicurist took a great deal of time to make sure my nails were perfect. He also gave me a warm towel treatment and a wonderful hand massage at the end.

This was my first time getting my nails done and I was really excited - I picked a super simple design too. I received a gel manicure and it was horrible. My tech rushed through the entire appointment and did not even let me look at the shape or asked me if I liked what was being done, which is pretty traditional. My nails are uneven, bubbly, and the design is nothing like what I asked for. She put zero effort into actually making the design look decent and it shows - these nails are not worth the $64 I paid. Not a single good thing to say about my experience.

When I had got my nails done the man who had done my nails was in a rush, he didn’t let the polish dry in between coats so it wasn’t able to properly dry. The polish was wet and goopy 4 hours after my service and would not dry. I would not recommend coming here. The polish didn’t even last past one day. I had tried to bring it up to the man and he was extremely rude and waved me off. He minimized my concerns and made me not want to ever come again. I was still charged full price.

I've tried this location 3 or 4 times now and I will never use them again. The pedicure chairs are regularly dirty, and twice I was sat in a chair with my feet in cold, still water while waiting for a technician. I understand that waits are normal, especially when short-staffed, but nobody ever checked on me either time during the 30+ minute waits. Today, I waited 30 minutes for a mani pedi while sat in a pedicure chair and apparently the tech i spoke to didn't understand what I wanted, so he left me there and accepted customers who came in after me. The man at the front desk didn't notice until 15 minutes later when I asked what happened. He didn't apologize, just told me to wait 10 more minutes. 15 minutes after that, I walked out. It pains me to write a negative review, but this location is so consistently poorly managed I will never go there again.

Had me waiting damn near 2 hrs instead just sayin they’re short staffed. By then they tried to have a dude do my manicure and I’m male. I don’t get down like that I was highly offended.

This nail spa was very clean, I loved the decor and all of the technicians was professional and very kind! Thank you Tom and Diane you both made my day!

I am from South Carolina. And I needed A Mani and Pedi done, I call the Lady told me to come right then. NIKKIE did My Nails with the Powder dip, And they look so Natural. I don't remember the other young lady But they were wonderful. We went to an Event in Akron, Ohio that Night
And, I got So many compliments
Continue the great Service.
I will be back Next Summer when I go to Ohio for 2 weeks.

Got my nails done 4 days ago and one came off.called and they said there would be no fee to get it repaired and they charged me 8 bucks.

I’ve been trying my hardest to stick with this chain, however, they have once again disappointed me.

I walked in 15 mins before they opened for pedicure and fill in and I was told there wasn’t a wait.

Right before I’m done getting my pedicure the receptionist walks up to me and tells me it will be an hour wait for my fill in…. How? I was the 5th client in the door. It just seem fishy when I was the only lady of color. Just saying

Got me out here looking basic with my nails and toes two different colors. This is the only free time I have from my family and some people don’t have an hour to wait. This is why they make sure they show up early.

The place was very busy which was not the problem. My dip manicure took over two hours which is again, fine. I have had my manicure for five days and five nails are already broken off. The initial quality of the manicure was below average. The polish did not cover the entire nail and it looked rushed even though it took an extended period of time.

When they first opened they were great. New management took over and its hell in there! I don't recommend!
