Very disappointed. Was over charged for a basic pedicure. How does $38 go to $62.35 total?

Omggg this place is literally sneaky! I pulled out a lot of cash out of my purse and didn’t realize it but when I looked up they were ALLLL staring at me. Moments later they randomly tell me how their services are higher and start telling me random charges they’re giving me. They definitely were up charging me AND my friend. I looked on the menu and it said no charge for removal…and they still charged me for removing 5 old acrylic nails. My toes and nails were $136. And I had REGULAR polish. They have some broke employees who just want more money from you it seems like.

The ability to walk in without an appointment is great. I’m very disappointed in the dip nails Service I had recently. I did not get the shape I asked for, color I asked for and 2 have already cracked and broken within 4 days.

Friendly service, open later and easy to book online. Tech did a great job and took time and care to help me get what I wanted. Will return.

Today was the second time I came to this spa. My husband came with (and he did like the results), and I saw Tom. Tom is a natural in that the results of my dipped nails was quite beautiful. I also like that you have a bar, and more important that I can walk-in and get seated quite fast. And even MORE impressive is that you are open on SUNDAYS!
I will return and pretty sure this will be my go-to place.

My review is more so for my manicurist than the business itself. I had been going to this salon almost two years and my first manicurist I loved (he quit). My then current (now former) manicurist, Sean, had been doing a great job until the end of spring. During this time, the acrylic application began lifting and the polish was applied in a manner that was not smooth. Additionally, I was told to choose polish from a new book during my last two appointments. The gel polish didn’t last between appointments, which was not an issue ever before. The last time I went (approximately 3 weeks ago), I made an appointment for 2 because I was told after 3 is a busy time. I came on time and at 2: 45 told the receptionist I was leaving. Resultantly, she allowed me to schedule an early evening appointment later that day. This one started on time. During my polish change on my toes, Sean asked what I thought of his work. I told him the larger nail had streaks. He said the top coat would fix it (spoiler alert it did not) so I pointed it out to him. He became upset and said he couldn’t make them perfect and disrespectfully said don’t come back (I don’t plan to). The situation seemed very ironic as he asked what I thought, I did not offer my thoughts unsolicited (although that too would have been appropriate). Overall, the salon is clean and the reception staff are professional and friendly.

This was my first visit. The salon was beautiful and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Helen was excellent! I come here all the time but I love her work! I personally only get pedicures here so I cannot speak on any other services offered.

Bait and switch tactics! They said pay for $75 or $90 service and have unlimited drinks free of charge, comes time to pay only then say only 1 is drink included. Then lie and say English not so good blah blah blah. Con artist in Easton. If they were honest abd up front I would not paying $210 for my $75 service. But the likevto lie and make excuses and not honor what the technicians tell us. I asked 3 times to make sure after the yodel was initiated. I even joked about bringing the bottle to my area I was having the services performed.it was all fun in games until myself and my family were swindled! Don’t go here. They do bait and switch and don’t honor what technicians who worked there for years promise you.

Came here for a bachelorette of 5, we made an appointment a week ahead of time. We walked in and were immediately taken to the back. The entire time we felt super rushed. There’s barely a difference in the tiers of pedicures. One person in our party got the highest tier with extended massage and she was the first one done. Another person in the group was given the wrong type of polish and didn’t realize until later. They also filed my toes so aggressively that it cut/burned my toe. I’ve had better experiences from less lavish looking places.

Absolutely the worst place to get dip nails done. ALL OF MY NAILS CRACKED THE VERY NEXT DAY & THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME AFTER I WENT BACK TO CONFRONT THEM. I regret coming here because now my natural nails are RUINED & VERY WEAK! NEVER again! I also got a TERRIBLE pedicure! If you all aren’t passionate about your job then SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Your staff is RUDE and very SHORT TEMPERED. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

I absolutely love Anthony Vince. It is well kept, organized and the clients are all very kind and friendly! I love getting my nails done and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in Columbus!

I've had services there 3 times. I thought I had found the right nail technician and yet the dip manicure started peeling just about 1 week later.

The lady who did my feet made me pay extra since I was a man, and i felt like the nail tech was rushing my pedicure. At the end of the pedicure she didn't even ask if I wanted a color, she just got up and left.like if you're making me pay $20 Extra for a pedicure why wouldn't I get a color. I will never be going back here. I felt very uncomfortable and almost like the nail tech was being homophobic/Racist.

Service was amazing! I had gone to a nail salon previously and already by week 1 my luminary gel nails were starting to come up around my cuticles. I asked my coworker where I should get my nails redone and she recommended Anthony Vince to me and I'm so glad she did! The gentleman who did my nails was very nice and we spoke about traveling most of he appointment. He did an amazing job on my new gel nails and they haven't budged in almost 2 weeks since getting them! Prices were also great, this is now my go to nail place!

My nails were uneven and I spoke up while she was doing my nails. Instead of fixing the issue she told me I was being too picky. She left hair and black specs in my nails and painted over it. Again, I spoke up and she ignored me. I spoke to the front desk and they took $1 off my total. Unprofessional and didn’t fix their mistake (s)

My daughter and I have been a few times and it was her first mani/pedi experience and she has LOVED it! The staff is always so sweet to her and that paired with the great services are what keep us coming back!

My nails turned out nice but they pressured me to get a gel pedicure and also used the metal cheese grater thing for the pedicure which is illegal in Ohio. Will not be back.

I had a pedicure and manicure, both with two different manicurists and they both were amazing! It was such a relaxing experience. Everyone that works there is so polite and helpful and the salon is so clean and visually appealing. There’s also a full bar! I will definitely be back and will bring friends with me.
