Excellent customer service! Beginning with email request for a quote all the way through completion of our composite deck. Mike, Austin, and work crew were very excellent in communicating and responding to any questions that were brought forward. They make you feel totally at ease with everything and make you feel that you’re their only customer. All email correspondence was answered within few minutes. Very impressive. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give Apco a 5 but I had some big communication issues before my installation. As far as price and quality of windows I am very happy. The installation went efficiently and was completed in one day. The installation crew was like a well oiled machine.

The issue I had was with the time before ordering and installation. From the moment I sent my paperwork stating my approval and intent to purchase from Apco I had to initiate all the communication. I was dealing with Jason from APCO.

There was a 11-14 week delay in production from the covid shutdown. I understand that but after a month I heard nothing. I reached out and they said they were still in production. Another month went by abs no update. I reach out again and magically they’re ready.

We schedule an install date for mid February. Two days before our installation date there’s a forecast for inclement winter weather for my dates with a high percentage of heavy snow/ice/near zero temps. I heard nothing from Apco prior to my install date. The winter weather arrived and I knew the windows wouldn’t get installed, but again no word from Apco. On my install date at 830 am I had to call
Apco to confirm my windows weren’t going to be installed. I know they can’t control the weather and they do try and install but the LACK of communication was the most confusing. We rescheduled to March.

Come March and the installation crew shows up on a weekend I was at work and my wife was home unprepared with our child and dog. I reach again to Apco and share my frustration. They sent me the wrong dates. Jason didn’t take responsibility for the incorrect dates and he quickly got the install date quickly rescheduled. What he didn’t understand was the lack of communication throughout this process.

Maybe I’m on a high horse and being unreasonable but I don’t feel like when I spend 10000 on windows I need to call them to check on the status of the process.

Dan and Tyler in the showroom are great guys who are always there to answer my many questions and assist me with my orders. This place always amazes me with their prices on high quality products!

This place is awesome. I get all of my siding materials here. Affordable and quality products. Dan always takes care of me and has been great.

Steve is a very professional and caring person he respected my home and was open to answering my questions. He was on time and helped me put the furniture back in place.
I 'am glad Steve is a long time employee with APCO he cares about his job and it shows!

APCO has already been out twice to fix a leak we have around a window. Today, it’s pouring and the window is leaking yet again. We called to request that someone come out today so that they can assess the problem when it is actively leaking and were told they would try to find someone to send out and call us back. After not hearing from them, we called them again only to learn that no one would be coming out. I do NOT recommend APCO.

We used APCO recently to install new windows, siding, gutters, and entry door. We are very pleased with the results of their work. The crews were very prompt and professional. Many of our neighbors have commented on how nice the new siding looks.

APCO re-shingled my home about 10 years ago.noticed a small leak and called them. They sent a couple service techs out the next day who quickly assessed the problem and made immediate repairs. This is a very reputable company.great service.very pleased!

We had 22 windows replaced in a Historical district. Very professional. Everything went as planned. Installers were experienced and talented. Very pleased with the quality of window. Much warmer and quieter.

There may have been a couple of communication bumps along the way, but APCO resolved them all. I didn’t even get a quote for windows from any other companies, I trusted my neighbor’s recommendation and was very pleased. The quote went smoothly and the installation went without a hitch. That crew made my windows look GREAT and now I just want to look at them.

Just got windows installed by APCO. Even though there was a major delay due to weather, the installation went off without a hitch. Great guys. Cleaned up well afterwards. And the windows look TERRIFIC! The outside trim looks impeccable with its finish - even better than the original replacement windows that were here when I bought the house! Definietly would go with APCO for Marvin windows again.

Started with a responsive rep, worked thru our goals to a good design. Install was what we expected including excellent finishing reusing existing inside trim and well done new external trim. Solid solution, good price. I plan to use APCO again.

Everyone was great. The sales person drew out all the work that will be done, which was cool. The people that did the work did great considering my old porch and were nice when I stopped by.there was a communication lull between signing a contract and them starting work - but they responded when I contacted them. The people in the office where i went to drop off payment were also super nice. They are a great local company.

We had a great experience with Apco from start to finish. Our house had a home makeover with all new siding and windows. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Apco does great work and really cares about there customers. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly and great service. Accommodated my schedule for removing old gutters and installing new gutters. Was having house painted at same time. They were also very careful around the newly painted siding.

Window replacement in an historic home in an historic district. Not simple! But, handled very well by a team of professionals.

Excellent customer service, and good quality of work, but poor logistics. They never called before the workers showed up as I had requested. They were also very late compared to their estimated date of instillation more than a month later than their estimate. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

Arrived each time as expected. Estimate was thorough and detailed. Work was completely timely and to our satisfaction. Minor issues were resolved effectively and without question. Follow up from KJ and Jim was great! Very pleased overall!

Have used APCO twice now for front door installs.couldn't be happier.great attention to detail.totally make the house look 100% better
