We get year round service and they are very responsive whenever we’ve had an off schedule issue like fleas, mice, or bees

We had picked up a "hitchhiker" cockroach, probably from packages due to them being able to fit inside the little openings corrugated boxes. Our technician was very thorough and explained everything that was being done. Thankfully I called before the situation got out of hand. We were told most commercial brand pesticide and treatments do not work. Our home had 2 treatments and even after the first one there was no activity. I will add that it is important to follow the instructions of cleaning out clutter and the cabinets and closets before they come so you can have a thorough treatment. That was just over a year ago. Now we have our home treated quarterly for general pests. I'd recommend APEX to anyone needing the service of an exterminator or pest removal.

It was easy to set up an appointment and they came out the next day. The technician was friendly and personable. He explained the process. He sprayed a yellow jacket nest that was inside our siding of house. We saw immediate results. We did not shop around for pricing so I cannot comment on the cost. Highly recommend.

I used Apex for their mosquito fogging. I estimate that it worked well for about 2 weeks. Had a bridal shower and a wedding in my backyard and Apex fogged the yard a few days before for each event. Did not notice any mosquitoes and sat out in the yard comfortably without any citronella. Ten days after the wedding we are still sitting in the backyard without any noticeable mosquitoes. I would highly recommend Apex. They are professional, friendly, and value your business. I originally called Orkin because of their TV add for mosquito control but I couldn't get them to call me back. Apex called me back immediately so I gave up on Orkin and happy I did.

I went with Apex based on a friend's recommendation several years ago. They do a wonderful job and are extremely easy to work with. Technicians are personable and know what they're doing. Appointment and payment options are extremely flexible. In comparison to other pest control services, Apex does not try to upsell or push regular service contracts.
