Apple Easton Town Center reviews
20My recent visit to Apple at Easton Town Center was exceptional, thanks to CJ's outstanding assistance. CJ was not only well-mannered but also incredibly service-oriented. They went the extra mile to ensure that my problem was solved efficiently. The level of customer service I received was truly impressive, earning this store a well-deserved five-star rating.
I have a reservation for battery service. (Just want to replace battery) and arrived on time. Yet they have let me wait for over 40 minutes for such a simple thing…. Unbelievable
This was my first time dealing directly with the apple store. What a horrible experience. Ordered a replacement, said it would be 3 days, 9 days and no phone. Was told to go to the apple store. Not sure how apple + insurance expects you to wait so long for a replacement. And I also had to pay full price for the phone until I returned the broke phone. I guess paying 120 a month for my devices is a waste of money. This experience alone makes we want to go back to Andriod. I always received replacements same day, no questions asked. Apple store/care is a joke.
I would say that apple online support is better than the in store support. Unless you are busying a new service or equipment, you don’t get good attention. Similar to any other provider
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Apple Store, and I cannot emphasize enough how remarkable my experience was, all thanks to the incredible assistance and guidance provided by two exceptional Apple team members, Shawn and Abdalla.
Shawn and Abdalla, without missing a beat, patiently listened to my questions and concerns regarding the dual SIM and eSIM functionalities, taking the time to thoroughly explain how these features work in Apple devices. Their knowledge and expertise were truly impressive.
What struck me most was their genuine passion for Apple products. Instead of being pushy, they took a consultative approach, suggesting various Apple solutions that could greatly benefit our business. Their recommendations were tailored to our specific needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of our requirements.
Throughout our interaction, Shawn and Abdalla maintained a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification. They were patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to provide the best possible guidance.
In an era where exceptional customer service can be a rarity, Shawn and Abdalla truly exemplified what it means to provide outstanding support. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect of our conversation.
I walked away from my Apple Store visit not only with a clearer understanding of dual SIM and eSIM technology but also with a newfound appreciation for the Apple brand, thanks to Shawn and Abdalla's informative and personable approach.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to both Shawn and Abdalla for their exceptional service. They are a credit to the Apple team, and I look forward to returning to the store for any future needs, confident in the knowledge that I will receive top-tier assistance.
Great Apple Store for Columbus, never had any issues with any repairs, warranty claims, or bad purchases. Would recommend
Service is sooo bad, it’s almost nonexistent! It just boggles my mind how this is the norm in service when a company such as Apple charges such a premium for their products. What is the point in making an appointment only to still be sitting here another 45 minutes to an hour!? ! Do better Apple, just unbelievable!
Beyond disappointed with Ellie from Apple Easton. She should be retrained in what Apple Care Plus covers. Apple Pencils and keyboards are covered in case they have told you otherwise. Easton also allows drop in Genius Bar support stated on apples website. I came in an she told me to set up an appointment for the day after.
Absolutely worth our hour drive to get there. Don't let the long lines and all the customers intimate because all the staff and techs are so friendly and knowledgeable, they answer you questions quickly to get you back to your day. And thank you tech Matt for listening to our problem walking us through the options and then to follow through. You are a master of your craft.
Mo is the best manager. Hands down turned my day around after a long apple wait. Mo was quick to jump into action and get things handled. Greatly appreciated
I had an appointment and came in to pick up an item ordered over the phone- the lady up front said they had time to take me early and sat me at a table. The man servicing the table refuses to make eye contact and I see four blue Apple shirt employees standing around chatting. I asked a man in yellow Nikes and camo pants if only one person serviced each table and he just shook his head no, turned away and walked over to chat more to his co worker. This is absurd. Customer service is lacking here when clients are given no info and people lack the communication skills to keep clients informed about the process.
I just left wanted to get a Apple Pencil for my iPad t16d1h6jh7
Didn’t know witch one to purchase
I was ignored everyone looked at me didn’t say be right with or anything a lady walked in after me with two max’s and 4-5 laptops everyone ran to help her
I walked out
Love their service ; you need to get an appointment early or wait for 30-40 mins and still they will accommodate depending on traffic or time at which you enter the store.
Lot of sales floor folks there to help get you what you wanted and have a happy shopping experience
I’m writing this review while I wait for 15 mins to get in line for my in person appointment (without pre-scheduling it). So far great experience.
Clean and busy store always due to its brand value it carries.
Shawn was collaborative, courteous, and extremely accommodating! Our company often makes Apple Business purchases from this Easton location. They are fast, innovative, and ready to help even with creative items traditionally outside the box. Shawn, thank you for making our day today!
Went to the Apple store had an appointment at 12: 15. No one addressed me all my presents until 1245 I wasn't purchasing so apparently I was not a priority.
Bill P.was a big help. His version or combo of customer service consists of great knowledge of products + a get it taken care of but go beyond attitude + being a friend (very personal). Quite sure he is a big asset to this location and Apple overall. Gotta give credit where it’s due! Thanks Bill!
Apple, you’ve always since day one. Said “hey boy we got you covered… if you ever need aANYTHIING…. We will abide and make sure you are in a safe space…. Even if you are forced to cooperate with men… you know you’ll live…” anyways this is one of my favorite places in the world. It’s like a virtual playground. Besides I gotta go back terday.
Nice apple store in the center if Easton Town Center. Always busy.usually a line to get in. The store is so hectic usually takes a while to be seen. Also, one of the only stores in Easton with a security guard/police officer on site
Almost lost a star for the way the sun comes in and makes everything suck but always good employees and as expected.
Avoid this place, worst diagnostic unprofessional workers, they are trying to kick out 100%, trust me. Jake Kromer and manager Salil.
