Apple Run Apartments, Columbus OH

It started off great when I first moved here, but now it’s just like I can’t wait for my lease is up it might just be me. There’s always cops back here for whatever reason and I just don’t feel safe here anymore. Moreover, if you’re looking for a cheap first apartment then by all means this is the place but it’s just not for me.

This place is a real joke, so due to the Covid epidemic, you have to drop your rent through the mail slot, so my son did that on the first of the month, so they wait 11 days to inform him that they did not receive his rent, it’s been said that the maintenance department has used money orders for rent, to buy supplies, and they say they did not receive your rent. And Lisa The leasing manager is a very rude rude individual! I would live on the streets before I would go to this place.

Management is fair if you abide by the rules! They try really hard to make it nice. Flowers every year are beautiful. Not a bad place for the cost!

Tolled them i had a record and they said they would check it before they took my application fee. Then denied me and didn't tell me why after they took the money

The place was good till these new workers came and ever Sense they worked here stuff started going down hill I had a bad mild problem that needed to be fixed immediately but no they took like a month just to look at it and it got so bad I barely stayed there and we got sent out the place because of the problem. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO MOVE HERE

Horrible place to live if a maintenance issue happens, expect several months before said issue is resolved
