Applebee's Grill + Bar, Akron OH

The food was excellent along with the prices and service.their peach margarita is to die for.a lady named Terri was our server& bar maid, she gave us excellent service.

The service was slow the food was cold and It took them too long to bring us our food and there's only about 10% at capacity in the restaurant so it's not because they were over busy they were just very slow and the food was disgusting the steak was cold and it was overcooked and the mashed potatoes record I'm very disappointed

Our carryout order was messed up. The full rack of ribs was burnt and literally charcoal. The burger that was supposed to be just cheese was loaded with pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard. After calling the store for 3 days in a row, multiple times each day, I only ever received the voicemail stating to call back in 5 minutes.

2nd time I have had Timothy as my car side server. Super polite and professional young man. A credit to your business.

It is a good place to stop and eat if you are not looking for fast food. People are nice that work there and food came fast. I would recommend the place to people.

Worst steak I ever had! Wasn't cooked right and they sent it back too done the second time and it tasted terrible like a stale smokey taste. Manager dropped it off at my table and did not even ask if it was better, or have me check it again. Would not recommend the steak.could not even eat it!

Service was very slow. Waitress was not attentive to our needs. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she was rude to me. The waitress was then rude to me for the rest of our meal.

No sooner ordered food and it came out right away waiter was very attentive to us will definitely return

Ask for a well done steak it wasn't one of my family members fork fell when we ask for someone for one and got aditude

Waiter was fantastic. Brought us things before even asking, as if he were psychic. A drink needs refilling? Done. You need another plate of chicken fingers? Done. And it was all piping hot, utterly fresh.

They have ok specials and the food is typical of any chain restaurant. Salads are pretty decent and the water is drinkable.

Excellent experience all around. Amazing food and our waitress was awesome and very attentive. Her name was Gabrielle N. Definitely ask for her. She never let our drinks go empty and kept us updated on the status of our meals the whole time. And try the parmesan shrimp and steak too.

Good meal, service was ok. Be sure to double check the table payy device to make sure it is your bill. The last time we went they had them on the wrong tables, so when we went to pay it was the bill for the table next to ours.

Very good food at this Applebees Won Ton Tacos are so good and the burbon street steak is always great too!

Great place to eat friendly people and great food the ribs are great and the chicken penne was cooked perfectly the 2 for meals are a great deal. Two can eat for under 40 with tip

Food was not really fresh. Service was ok but I felt like we were being rushed & it wasn't busy at all.

Steak not so good this time, comparable to boot leather, but waitress did offer to get another one for me, just didnt have time to wait.

We really love this place. I would have given it 5 stars except the onion rings were nothing but batter. Worst ever. I was going to say something to the manager, but didn't. I might call tomorrow to let him know about the onion rings.

Very good apps but the wings have waaaay too much sauce on them. All I could taste was sauce. Sauce sauce sauce. Still good though.

Wow! What a crappy experience! I called them on Thursday to make sure that they had the $2 Dos Equis and they confirmed that they had it. Then I asked if they would still have it by the time game 1 of the finals would be playing that night, and the guy confirmed it again! Then I got to Applebee’s right before the game started and they told me they were out! This place sucks! The only reason I went to Applebee’s was because the guy told me that there would be Dos Equis, and then there wasn’t! Really Applebee’s? If you’re running a special on a drink, make sure you have enough before you tell people about it! That’s just good business!
