Applebee's Grill + Bar, Brooklyn OH

Worst restaurant no silverware, not enough dishes, people standing around, servers denying patrons because they haven't had a break, table games not even assigned to the right tables worst of all no manager visits. Poor poor poor!

Food was cold had to wait even longer to eat cold food no silverware. Literally no silverware. Had to wait for them to wash some and bring it to us napkin or was wrapped in was wet from just being washed

This place is a joke waited a whole hour to get our food while people who came after my family and I get there food. I seen a couple there who were there 20 min after we did and they ordered the same meal we did and because they were a regular they got there food right away while my son was crying for his meal. My wifes meal looked as if they dropped her ribs and put back on the plate. The waitress was very rude and was training the new employee completely wrong. Very disappointed. I will never return to this applebees

Food was fair.
Service was not good her head was up in the clouds didn't get anything right.
Will not be going back to that location.

My husband and I had errands to run and stopped to eat. We're patient, we understand it's busy, not a lot of people working. However our appetizer was warm not hot, french fries tasted reheated, my husband had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels to use as napkins as we didn't even rate silverware! And he never got a refill. (I didn't finish mine so didn't need one) I'm so disappointed

Waitress was really nice however my steak was very SMALL, COLD AND TOUGH. Mash potatoes were cold and Broccoli was old. Gave me a very small portion of everything. However the shrimp were delicious that’s why I gave it three stars

I ate at the bar due to the long wait for a table. The bar stench was almost overwhelming. The bartender was picking up clean and dirty glasses by the tops! She also picked up food that had fallen from people's plates with her bare hands! The lack of professional hygiene was disgusting, and definitely not in line with any public health code!

Pretty Good Food. I usually get The Appetizer Sampler Plate or the oriental crispy chicken Salad whenever I go to Applebee's.

I was so excited to go to Applebees, and it ruined my night. The service is horrible, our server didn’t give us forks or straws until we asked her. They were completely rude to us. I’m disappointed…

My steak, fresh mashed potatoes and broccoli was on point. (Don't forget to asked for it heavily seasoned)

Ordered car side pick up, was 10 minutes late but still had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. And another 5 minutes for the drink that they didn't bring out with the food

The food is very good. It was better then I expected. The one advise I can give someone is to skip the pepsi and just get a water. $3 per glass is ridiculous and runs up the bill needlessly.

Is applebee's bee's special show steak add shrimp for a dollar or awesome you get enough shrimp for a meal I will be back before the special is over

This location says they are open until midnight I arrived at 11: 10 pm to find out they are no longer seating. I have submitted a request for a change of hours. Hours posted are inaccurate.
