Applebee's Grill + Bar, Lima OH

Went to Applebee’s on Elida Road and will never go back. Their excuse why they could not seat us for 30 minutes is because it was shift change. I could care less. That is not my problem. My wife and I will never go back.

I normally love this place. It is my go to spot and figured it would work for fathers day. They had the barmaid taking orders while other waitresses were standing around, along with the host. The food was terrible and couldn't eat it. The barmaid did the best she could but clearly lacking management leadership and can't believe I spent my father's day and money there. I am done with Applebees. Plenty of other restaurants to go to and will be sure and tell others.

Waitress was great, the rest was terrible. Food and management needs an upgrade, come on guys, whole restaurant was waiting on food for over an hour, you guys blame lack of workers, the problem is lack of leadership, if you are a manager you need to be on the front lines with your staff. Terrible fathers day experience. Our waitress also had to be the bartender. Hopefully she can find another establishment that appreciates her!

It was lunch time and busy but the waitress, Kristin was very efficient and I was able to get back to work on time. Meal was delicious as well!

Steak burnt and dried out and over seasoned.potatoes cold.bread sticks hard and salad all lettuce.gross never going back again.

Resturant was amazingly not full. Still had to wait 10 minutes, no one left. Was just pace setter for server convenience. Food was rushed almost tasteless. Server polite but not invested, just doing the motions.

5/22/21. We came to town to meet up with family that lives in Lima & my sister & her family that were visiting from Utah. My sister wanted a steak so we all agreed on Applebee's. There was only a short wait and by the time I got there, there wasn't a wait at all. Our server was great. She was very patient, attentive and friendly with our group. We all enjoyed our meal & the service we received. I can't remember what it was called but I had one of the pretty drinks that were on sale. It did not disappoint at all! Next time we're having a family get-together or just wanting a bite to eat had to sit down restaurant, will be back.

When you come to a chain restaurant you know what to expect. Fast friendly service food came out quick overall recommend this establishment highly recommend The wonton tacos

Outstanding waitress. But found multiple hairs in my food. They made it right right away, by making me a new plate and did not charge me which I appreciate. But I lost my appetite after finding the hairs and have no desire to go back here.

Ordered French onion soup it was 3 pm and they were out. You would think with dinner getting ready to start they would have made more. But other than that the pretzels were good.

I ordered food for delivery from Applebee’s Elida Road, what a great service they provide. The food was fresh, delivery prices were not bad for what you get thanks again Applebees!

This Applebee's is horrible.first time we went we waited 2hrs for our food when it wasn't even busy.the waitresses and bussers were texting and playing around. We went again last night and they forgot our appetizers after we waited for 40 mins to get our food before the waitress decided to check on us and we told her we didn't get them. AGAIN NOT EVEN REMOTELY BUSY. The other Applebee's on the other side of town is 1000X better.

Very rude waitress named Tiffany the whole time she spent texting on here phone and didn't come around waited 37 minutes to get our meal im not impressed with Applebee's over there at all!

My wife and I had a good meal. The staff was all nice. Our waitress, Abby was very polite and helpful. I will going back.

Very busy waitress wasn't interested in making sure our drinks were full or trying to earn a tip although we left her one anyway

The waitress was great if she got to busy she always asked another one who was available to wait on us and food was good my wife is allergic to peppers and they put little to much on her food.

Food was good, but had to wait, as the waitress put my order in wrong. Everyone else was finished by the time I got mine.

The food was good. The waitress however was less than adequate. She gave us our menus and right off the bat she asked us if we were ready to order. Lady give us a minute, maybe two! Then she brought out our appetizers and they were cold, which means they sat on the counter. She never checked back with us to see if everything was okay. And when we were trying to pay she hovered over us to see what kind of tip we were leaving. It was about the only time she actually was attentive.

The service was terrible. Our waitress was out in lala land and another gal came and asked if our waitress took our drink order and we said no so she brought them. When our waitress finally came to take our order we still sat forever untill it was brought to our table. I looked at it and said after waiting forever for our food and it isn't right. We boxed up and left. Won't go back

The food wasn't that good, came out cold and the waitress spilt our drinks on us multiple times because she was trying to hold all the glasses at once instead of using a tray. By the time we left, mine and my husband's pants were soaked from the waist down and it was 15 degrees outside. We will not be returning.
