Applebee's Grill + Bar, Hilliard OH

I'm currently sitting at the applebee's with my 2 boys.we were seated and 15 min later I had to go up the hostess to ask if there would be a waiter or Waitress coming to at least get a drink order. Mind you the place is basically empty only 1 big table of 7.and a few at the bar. We finally order from the Waitress who blamed the hostess for her being late to our table. The food took forever and when they brought it out they didn't have my sons fries apparently it takes 45 min to drop fries. Needless to say we will not be back. Oh and also not once were we asked for refills.or how or food was.smh

Unless you want to be in the middle of the manager and employees fighting, don’t go here. Poor service and no one wanted to help. I don’t know which employee did it but one hit the back of my shoulder so I walked out. This place has gone down hill

Asian chicken salad with frien chicken was all like out if fridge. Chicken use to be warm fresh, it was Ice cold. Carpet very dirty. Service was very good.

We hadn't been to an Applebee's in quite a while. Food was ok, not amazing, but ok.

I took my daughter to lunch after her first day at preschool. The food and service were great! Zach was our server and he was awesome.

Brooklyn was awesome! This was so much better at the hilliard applebees than our last visit to polaris applebees, which was awful, but handled by corporate. She was attentive, food was great and bathrooms were clean, unlike Polaris store. We figured we’d give applebees another try and glad we did. Brooklyn needs to train the girls at polaris how to be a server. Thank you!

A very pleasant dining experience. We had a late lunch so no crowds. Prompt, friendly service. The meals were well prepared and tasty. Good all the way around.

The prices for childrens lunch was ridiculous. 2 children under 10 and a senior citizen was over 50.00. A salad and 2 meals from the children's menu?

Was their tonight about 530 to about 7 and they seem to be down staff, but the bartender and their was a young lady that work the outer of the bar area they were like a team taking great care of each customer in that area. They rock it tonight and the bartender made the best mix drinks I ever had at Applebee's in my life.

We had one of the rudest waitresses we've had in 40 years. Didn't great us, was not concerned about us as customers. Was pushy and frankly if I was the manager I would get rid of her. That said, we have seen a consistent degradation of the chain for the past several years. Keep in mind, this is the only negative review I've ever given. We actually left after having a drink, as we decided to not even order dinner.

My husband and I went last night and sat for 23 min and nobody ever even acknowledged us after being sat. No will be right with you nothing. And they wasn't even crazy busy! So we left.

Whoever left their hair in our food, great length, probably should have a hair net though. Other than that great to know your sales at lunch for 8/13 was 3500

The bathroom was not clean at all and a few of the younger girls was so rude and was very disrespectful our server Daniel was completely rude gave our food cold kept rushing us to finish eating he rolled his eyes when we asked for refills

Awesome food and service. Michelle was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I will return.
