Applebee's Grill + Bar, Lima OH

Visited this Applebee's back in January of this year while driving back home across the country with my family. We ordered some wings to start with and double/ single patty burgers with a side of fries as the main meal. The servers were nice and friendly, the food came out a a great pace. The wings were nice with the sauce they came with and were nice & hot. The burgers looked appealing; however, the appearance was deceiving. They were very bland and the patties weren't big, wasn't filling enough. The atmosphere was also a downside, very dirty, especially the bathrooms

This place was great! Our orders came in a timely manner. The host and waitress where great with no issues. The atmosphere is fun. And veteran friendly. My children had good food too.

Riley was far and away the best server I have had in years. I went with my 81 year old who suffers from dementia and we lost my father on Memorial Day she was spot on with everything.

Was given dirty silverware. Service was just okay. Didn't receive food for table all at the same time. Ordered lime chicken, and while the chicken was delicious, the rice was dry. Women's bathroom was filthy.

The smell walking in was quite off-putting, like dirty and greasy carpet. Service and food were good though.

It's been a few years since I've eaten here because of terrible food. However, the menu was different, and the food was outstanding this time. The atmosphere was friendly, and our waitress was exceptional. I can't wait to go back!

This was a very good restaurant to enjoy a meal at, the service was pretty top notch, and the atmosphere was good and was enjoyable to relax a while. All and all a great restaurant would recommend!

Love the food, always hot and just how I ordered it each time I come. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was good and the environment was excellent!

Order two of the most simple appetizer for pick up and they could not get it right. Sad and manger could care less.

Very good food and service! We had a party of 10 and they were very tentative to everyone and kept our drinks full and the food was delicious and hot when we got it!

Being Canadian, we wanted to try this chain American restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was awesome American style food. We ordered Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, Full rack of ribs with fries, and kids chicken tenders and fries. We had the triple chocolate molten cake which we shared and loved. Had strawberry, mango and blue raspberry lemonades as drinks. Hope to go back if in the area. The one minor issue was the waitress brought the bill while we were still eating our entrees but after we said we were looking for dessert, she said she wasn't trying to rush us. We are also not a fan of all the TVs but I will note that is part of the reason for people to go to Applebees.

Friendly staff; speedy service. I ordered the southwest chicken bowl and was impressed. It was loaded with chicken, pico, avocado, and more. This was better than the standard Applebee’s experience. I look forward to hopefully returning soon.

I order two meals for a pick up at 5: 00pm. They had it ready at 4: 15pm. I was traveling 45 miles to get home to pick it up. They tried to tell me that I had to get as it was if it was cold it would be my fault. I told them I already paid for two hot meals and it was their fault they got it ready to early. And either they make new meals on the time I asked for or put my money back on my card and would go elsewhere. When I picked up my so called hot meals I could tell it had been warmed back up over done and thrown together in disrespect. I ordered these meals before and ate at the restaurant and what I got was wonderful. But this take home was awful! This was in Lima Ohio by Sam’s Club.

Needs to pay more attention to the customer rather than walking off to go look at their phone unprofessional
