Applebee's Grill + Bar, New Philadelphia OH

The waitress with the green highlights in her hair was inattentive, short/rude, and just overall lousy. The garlic mashed potatoes were hard, dry, and the taste seemed like they were made with rotten potatoes. We don't plan on going back.

We got boneless chicken all u can eat wasn't the best look nothing like tv. Our stuff was fried hard replacement was ok at first then turned hard when starting to cool down. I reported to restaurant manager she sort of was nice but look at me idk with an undescribable look. I was waiting for her to offer another option of meal for same price they did recook she did come to see if it was ok it was I got one down then it started hardening again. I just took it home which they ended up giving me problems for but people behind us had same thing np getting a carry box to go. We wasn't checked on pre manager like other guest when I tried to get a question they acted appalled I don't want to think they were being racist but it sure felt like it that day. Been therefew times before impeccable service this time not so much. Will I go back and feel degraded againa chance in hell. They need to be ashamed. I see racism still exist even if it was just that staff that day idk just know how they made me and my son felt whom suffers from a mental disorder.

Very good food! A go-to when I am in the area. Service is great, and I love their brownie dessert.

Ribs were delicious. Most places are hit or miss on service depending on staffing. This day was a hit.

Found hair in food and on my coffee cup. So of course the food had to be replaced. Although that was very gross, the service staff and the restaurant manager was very nice and replace the meal for free and took it off of my bill. So didn't enjoy my food but I did enjoy the kindness of the service staff. Updated new visit this place is really lacking in food and service quality, the food was cold ketchup and steak sauce were watered down, also had alcohol beverage that were good but you'd never know there was alcohol in them the service was horrible they had at least three waitresses on the floor but only one was serving the tables which by the way the restaurant had very few customers when I was there and after I left, so no excuse for the lack of service.

Waiting to get in was a bit much sat a table of 5 ahead of us (2). They seemed confused about how to get people seated

For years, I have ebooks the steak with parmesan shrimp on it, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Still just as good now as it was 7 years ago.

Had a great time after softball game. Took 2 grandaughters. Food, waitress and atmosphere were awesome. Even though my nephew had an A. B. Product. Boycott Anhieser Bucsh. Stand up for the real women.

Ordered the spicy mushroom burger and a blue shark margarita. Both were excellent. What a relaxing time we had.

I didn’t get my food until they were bringing the check and my whole party was ready to leave so I had to use a Togo box everyone else had their food but me

We were here 3-24-23 at the bar.had so much fun.bartenders were great.and no I didn't die from the walnuts in the dessert.you guys were great.can't say more great things.and we are from PA.

Below average service. Eating utensils and plates were dirty. Ask for clean ones and got attitude.

Tried something different. Bourbon chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was ok. Chicken was dry. Sauce was bland.
