Applebee's Grill + Bar, Cleveland OH

This was my lunch today, wonton tacos and a iced tea. A little fancy for lunch I might say. I don't like going anywhere around Steelyard shopping strip. Unfortunately I work in that area. I don't know why but anything in that area seems to be overrun. I'm not sure why. I had a great person wait on me, patrons were pleasant, my little snack hit the spot but can't help thinking about the weird smell in that establishment.

The customer service was excellent. Our waitress was very professional and polite. The food was absolutely satisfying. Thank you to the host who got us a table on short notice.

Very helpful.maybe a waiting line because of social distancing. Good waitresses n good food. The children love the games on the tablet. Will be back soon.

The guy at the front door was rude and very weird don't think I will take my family here again the food was cold

My daughter took her daughter there this afternoon and the waitress only interaction with them was to take their orders and bring out the food the rest of the time she was sitting down on her phone and when management tried to put someone else in her section she got mad.so my daughter only gave her a $2 tip and this waitress charged my daughter's card an extra $10 without consent! My daughter has been trying to call the restaurant for 15 mins now to get a manager on the phone.if you dine their pay attention to how much your card is actually charged and keep your receipt

Every time I order takeout, my order is NEVER CORRECT. I will never order takeout again. It’s not just at this location.

Tried to call and order 5 different times and got hung up on every time. Online order wasnt available. Tried to go inside and place a to go and no one ever came to us

Everytime i order from her unless jerome serves me, my order is always wrong or undercooked! I tried calling the manager i was placed on hold then the voicemail picked up and hung up on me. One of the worst experiences and Im saddemed bc I Love applebees

Food was only thing good.service sucked.and they are slow you also have to ask for things four times and they don't give you utensils to eat with until your food comes.never again

I thoroughly enjoyed myself! As a Veteran, I was treated with respect and dignity! I'll go back! The food was Awesome too, as well as the service!

We ordered online. Waited an hour to then find out that our order was cancelled and we never received a call from them informing us of the cancellation.

The food was fresh, but the environment is a tad bit chaotic with so much going on there. Still a nice place to dine if you don't mind the move them in and move them out mantra.

Nobody wants to do their job here. We only ordered two apps and that seemed to be a problem. And the loaded nachos they rip you off here, there was nothing loaded about my nachos.

Food was good, horrible waitress waited forever for food never got my refills and when charged wrong took forever for them to fix it

The busser was my server it was so slow our food was cold and i ordered drink for my mom sister and myself and they didn't have the fruity candy sharks as shown in the picture.

The food was really good and you get a lot of it! The staff was nice but unfortunately we had a new waitress and she would forget to give you refills and she was slow. In no way was it her fault because she was new, but I think that they should have another worker who has been there for a while assisting the waitress so the service is better. Overall, my experience was good, I just wish they helped new employees more.

Good food and prices, it’s the environment around that is just not so safe. But where today is?

The best Applebees in Cleveland. Nice setting and great location it appears to be the biggest one as well.
None the less Applebees as a company has had a menu change over and it appears to have gone for the worse. For example when Applebees had the butchers cut steak I would brag to all my friends on how good it was and hands down their steak taste better than Outbacks. Im not going to say much but the menu is now is no good. Steelyard still offers a good atmosphere.

My favorite restaurant.ever. Thank you Emily for being patient with me and my uncle.lol it was fun.
