By far the best in Toledo metroplex. Large selection, good prices compared nationally, and good service on installation. A major plus in the greater Toledo metroplex.

Stopped by for lunch when they had the food trucks in the parking lot and left with a new TV and massage chair. Thanks for all the help, the manager Jim was very helpful

They brought in the refrigerator and took the old one. It was in a camper and they didn't have much room. They were professional, patient and set everything up before they left.

The men that were sent to deliver our bed and living room furniture were excellent to deal with very friendly.

Showed up on time. Replaced appliance in a timely fashion, cleaned up and tested it out. Have purchased from them before and will again

I called to schedule a dishwasher repair and they asked what was wrong with the appliances (which I had purchased a little more than a year prior from the same location). I stated that the water pump was nonfunctional and they sent a repairman out several days later. The repairman confirmed my diagnosis but wasn’t equipped with the part to complete the repair and still charged me the fee for the honor of telling me that which I already had made them aware of. So I got charged $100+ for diagnosis that I didn’t need and a repair that didn’t happen. RIP OFF

Both times I have purchased furniture and washer/dryer, I have had EXCELLENT customer service from Sherry. She knows the products and takes her time answering all of my questions. I would highly suggest if you are in the market to shop @ Appliance Center, go to the Illinois Ave location and ask for Sherry and not Dakota.

Shopping at Appliance Center was amazing. My mom and I were looking for appliances for her new home and started to get a little frustrated with our shopping experience, that’s until we arrived at Appliance Center. Michael is BY FAR the best sales person I’ve ever had the experience of working with. He is not only super friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. Shopping with him felt like shopping with a friend that happened to have tons of info. He even gave us his phone number to txt/talk after we left, which came in handy once we realized the fridge we ordered was too large. He spent additional time researching until he found us a fridge that would work for the space. We then returned to purchase a sofa and once again he was AMAZING! I cannot say enough complimentary things about this experience. Michael deserves all the praise. A huge thank you to both Michael and Appliance Center! We’ll def be returning.

Wonderful experience from our sales rep, Sherry and our installation. Everyone involved made the process simple and quick. We had our new dishwasher installed just a few days after purchasing.

I am disgusted with the service we have received with Appliance Center. We chose to buy local and have never regretted a decision more. Using the extended warranty sold to us by Appliance Center, we have been trying to have our less than two years old GE Profile Induction range repaired for SIX WEEKS! The convection oven wasn't working so I called for a repair. The service tech replaced a part - the oven works but now NONE OF THE BURNERS WORK! I have been trying to get this resolved since SEPTEMBER 15 - in the meantime I have had to buy a countertop induction plate to feed my family. Every time the tech comes a different part has to be replaced. Since the unit is over one year old, Appliance Center washes its hands of all responsibility. I have requested to speak to managers. After finally speaking with a manager I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I am leaving this review in the sincere hope that this local business will attempt to stand by products it sells.

We have spent alot of money here in the last 10 years. We were never been upset. We are happy from the showroom floor to the delivery guys. A special thank you to John fulton over the years!

Always very helpful but I recliner chair they had one available at the warehouse and went over to the warehouse and picked it up

First time using this company and I’m sold! The experience from the showroom to the delivery was exceptional! We had to schedule a second delivery as my countertops were too short and needed modification. AC was so accommodating and came back the second time with no extra charge. Delivery staff were very friendly and efficient. Very pleased and will recommend highly!
