We had a really great experience from start to finish! Dustin helped us with any questions we had and wasn’t pushy at all. We love our new washer and dryer and refrigerator! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

We purchased a Dreamcloud mattress 3 years ago and absolutely loved it. We noticed a dip and talked to Jesse at the Mason store. He talked to Mark about our situation and one week later, we had a new mattress. Go see Jesse it will be worth the drive. He did all this by phone with no questions asked.

I was in need of a washer/dryer and when I stopped in at the Appliance Factory I really had no idea what I was looking for. In store Skylar was extremely helpful going through the different products available, explained the features and easily helped me find a set suited to my needs. The delivery team was also wonderful and efficient and had my appliances up the stairs (without even scuffing my paint) and installed within about 15-20 minutes. Great experience all around and I recommend this location to whoever is looking for appliances!

Jesse was the salesman who waited on us in the store. He was very knowledgeable, polite, answered all our questions but was honest when he couldn't. He is a very polite young man and hope to work with him again. The delivery/set up team was also very nice, happy and easy to work with/talk to. They were very efficient in their duties.

They are very personable and offer competitive prices. Their customer service easily surpasses 3 big box competitors who are located nearby.

I needed a new stove ASAP as my oven stopped working properly. The combo I wanted is very difficult to find if at all: white, glass cooktop with convection baking at a price I could afford. Zach at the store off of Fields-Ertel worked diligently until he found exactly what I needed and the stove was delivered to my home 2 weeks later. The delivery staff was polite and efficient. They work hard. I don’t know what they make but they deserve a raise! Will be back to Appliance Factory and Mattress Kingdom for any future appliance needs!

Stopped by this evening to take a look at appliances and their selection and pricing was great! However, service was even better! We had the pleasure of working with Kiel, who was super friendly, educated on the products, and very easy to talk to. We are closer to another location but will be back to this one for the service alone. Thanks Kiel!

If you value integrity in the companies that you give your hard earned money to, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. You will be lucky to receive your CORRECT order in a timely fashion without begging for it. If they happen to deliver a damaged product, don’t hold your breath that they will make it right! We are going on 9 months of fighting to get our refrigerator door replaced. It was delivered NEW with 3 dents in the door! Customer service is zero at this point. They will no longer even return my phone calls. The Better Business Bureau contacted them on my behalf, and they wouldn’t cooperate with them either. Apparently taking advantage of aging people is high on their priority list.

UPDATE:
This is an update to my original review from January below.
We finally got the correct dishwasher on January 18th. They also allowed us to exchange our washer and dryer. The new set was supposed to arrive in March, but didn’t come until the end of April. The dents in the refrigerator door HAVE NOT been fixed yet. It has been since the end of December. They tell you what you want to hear, but are lacking in the follow through. They are not even returning my calls as promised.

We ordered all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer in October. We were given a 3 week timeframe for delivery. In mid December I attempted to cancel the order twice. That is when all appliances were located. They finally delivered them in two separate deliveries on December 27. The microwave and dishwasher were not installed that day because they needed a different crew. The refrigerator was delivered with 3 dents in the door and still has not been rectified. When they came back to install the dishwasher and microwave, it was the wrong dishwasher. It has been 2 days since then, and I had to reach out to them to find out what was happening with it. They are very difficult to get in touch with. When I talked to the manager today, I discovered it was another new one. This is the third manager they have had since I purchased the appliances. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating.

We have purchased multiple appliances over the last 10 years. We were always pleased and had great service. I don’t know what happened except new management. We were promised delivery on one item for 9/11. We get a call saying call them back and they say one item on Friday 9/15 the other on Saturday 9/16. Almost 2 weeks from purchase. One item was in stock. Sorry guys this is unacceptable and poor customer service. Inc delivered we’re done with you.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM HERE! I bought a refrigerator from here and it has been the absolute worse experience EVER! The ice maker broke down within the first 6 months, which they repaired after 2 months of waiting for repair service. That was in March. The ice maker broke down again in June. It is now August and our ice maker is still broken. I have made numerous trips to the store and the manager has made multiple calls and sent emails to her superiors to the point where she has now quit because of their lack of support. The last email was sent to Nju Berry and the president of Appliance Factory. I received a call from the warranty company, from a very nasty person named “Yonni” who is supposed to handle repairs and warranty issues said she didn’t like my “attitude” so she was cancelling my warranty. I shouldn’t have expected anything less from this rude, nasty person since she was also rude and belligerent with the store manager. I have called the president’s line and never received a call back from them. We were sold a lemon refrigerator and the upper management does not seem to care. If you want a quality product that will be stood behind if/when you have issues, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I wish I could give them 0 stars or a negative -5.
