Sarah was very friendly and knowledgable. She helped us get a better price than we would have from the big box store down the street. Her coworker was also helpful and enlightened us about their extensive array of mattresses while Sarah was taking care of our paperwork. Setup and delivery was on time and expertly done!

Salesperson forgot to charge for stacking kit so it was not sent with delivery team.
Other than that glitch, the purchase and delivery went very well. Customer service was great and very low pressure from the sales staff. I would definitely purchase from them again. The price was great. Much better than big box prices.

Melissa has been wonderful since I walked through the doors. And the install service is worth the $$

Bait n switch! Website has things in stock that are discontinued and they let you check out and call you to tell you it's out of stock to sell you something else.

My experience with two purchases has been awesome from sale to delivery. Max, the young man heading up the delivery team went out of his way to make sure the customer was happy and that everything went smooth.

They were very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions. I will continue to do all my future purchases at this location.

The last time I bought a washer I had a horrible experience it was at Penney's. This time with appliance factory it was incredibly good. From the sales girl to the delivery guys extremely professional and kind. Would definitely highly recommend and would purchase from them again. Prices were right customer service awesome!

Salesman very knowledgeable on SpeedQueen products. Delivery team got the dryer installed and everything is working as expected.

Our sales person Sarah Ruiz was wonderful! She explained everything and showed us all the choices in refrigerators. She did not push, and gave us plenty of time to talk. The delivery was prompt and the men were very professional and personable. We will definitely go back for our next breakdown, since we’re almost 29 years in our home!

Store staff was very good. But paid for delivery and set up and delivery staff didn't have time to change sides of the dryer door opening due to company time constraints on delivery.

If I could give negative stars I would! Bought kitchen package. Took 6 plus delivery attempts to try and get our package, stuff kept shows up damaged or wasn’t right, we ended up just settling on to be done with it. Was told everything was new. Refrigerator went out after 6 months. Find out it was refurbished and not new. Their warranty company is worthless and does nothing but argue with you. It’s been over 3 months now and my refrigerator still isn’t working and absolutely nothing has been done to try and make it right. Have left several messages on the president help line and you guessed it nobody has called or made attempt to do anything. It’s been a great 3 months having to walk to our neighbors house daily to get ice so our kids have ice in their water bottles for their extra curricular activities. It’s be nice if they would just come get their POS and give us our money back. I’d be afraid they would try and sell it to someone else as a “new” unit. I wish I could make this nightmare up but unfortunately it’s real. Don’t waste your time and money even walking in the door. Absolute scam!

Very kind store staff and delivery team. Store associates was helpful but not pushy like other places. We had just left pushy, desperate sounding salespeople at Big Sandy's. Here they were helpful, but on our terms. Delivery men were kind and helpful. GREAT EXPERIENCE and price!
