Replaced a broken bathroom sink pop up assembly. Office personnel, Jen and Rochelle, quickly made arrangements for very timely repairs by Service Tech, Sam, and assistant, Justin M.

Technician explanation what need to be done was simple and to the point. Left work area clean. His demeanor was friendly. Answer my questions promptly and understandable. Before he started told me company policy regarding if problems are encountered.

Russ arrived in timely fashion, diagnosed the problem and explained it, then gave advice on how to prevent a recurrence. He fixed the problem with the tub, cleaned up neatly. Russ was very polite. We were pleased with the service.

For the past 35 plus years I have called Approved Plumbing for every plumbing need. In 2020 Russ Fox did a beautiful job remodeling my bathroom. On Saturday (Sept 23,2023) afternoon we smell gas by our furnace and called the gas co. The gas co had to shut off our gas due to the gas leak. We were told all the pipes had to be check for a gas leak before they would turn the gas back on. We called Approved Plumbing and spoke with Jeff. Jeff stated he would contact the person on call. Russ Brandy came within 2 hours and found 7 leaks in our home - many were in the ceiling. It took over 8 hours to find all of them. Needless to say we avoided an accident from happening. You can always count on Approved Plumbing for being professional, reliable, and leaving the area they worked on clean.

I have been using Approved Plumbing for several years and have done everything from a faucet replacement to a bathroom remodel. Plumbing work isn't inexpensive but I know with Approved Plumbing I can trust that the work has been done right. I am currently working with Russ B on a second bathroom remodel and appreciate his suggestions and know that the job will be done at the same level of quality that he would do on his own home. All the plumbers I have worked with from Approved have been great to work with and never make me feel like my questions are "ignorant" (even if they really are!).

Contacted Approved Plumbing for issues we had with our newly purchased home. Their "A" team Russ and Justin reviewed the situation and found the problem. Approved Plumbing is very professional and qualified. I had work done, and although it was extremely expensive, it was done timely and properly. I signed up for a special service plan they have offering 10% off your plumbing services/products and no "walk in the door fee" for a year. In addition, you get a full (free) inspection of your home.

The inspection showed a few things that were necessary to take care of (as well as items that would be "upgrades" and not a "must do".) It was written out and priced by each item. This was eye opening. I had two bathroom sinks that needed the stopper adjusted. Pretty simple fix which took me less than 30 seconds to do. Had they done it, each would have cost me $56 for each one. I understand companies need to charge for time, etc, but I believe that $56 per half minute is extreme, almost $2/second). I had already spent a couple thousand in services and products with them. If this were me, I would have taken those seconds to adjust the stopper for my customer as I am sure writing it down took more time than the adjustment itself. Letting the customer know they did this would also solidify their relationship and integrity. There were other similar things, but you get the gist.

Russ Fox and his co-worker Justin came to our rescue with our plumbing issue. They were both so kind and respectful. Russ was a real pro and explained everything very informatively in a way that I could understand what was going on. If we need further plumbing assistance I will be calling back and requesting him personally. Excellent experience and I will be referring your company to anyone who has a need for plumbing assistance. I was highly impressed. Thank you!

We’ve used this company for multiple plumbing issues and have always had a great experience. Our tech, Sam, walks us through each issue thoroughly, explaining the issues, how they can be prevented and what needs to be done to get them fixed.
