Arbors at Delaware reviews
14 My wife is a patient at Arbors at Delaware. I visit her at the facility on a regularly basis.
My experiences with the staff have been very good. From the front office, nurses, custodial, laundry and kitchen. I may be leaving some department out.
If I asked anyone questions related to their department. They have replied very professional and promptly. If they were busy at the moment of any questions I have had. They would politely say. Give them a little time. They would look me back up or call with an answer.
I want to say Thank You to everyone involved with my wife's care at the Arbors at Delaware.
If you are thinking about putting your loved ones in here, I would think twice my father God rest his soul when he got put in this place he was so badly dehydrated that he had of surgery and died. And not only him when I was younger my best friend had a grandmother that was put in here in the same thing. She was so dehydrated that she passed away. I feel like if my dad was never put in this place he would still be here cause I’m for sure his family wouldn’t let him be dehydrated.
Quite literally the most disgusting and filthy establishment I have EVER stepped foot in. I went in to visit a friend and I was disgusted and appalled. Not only did the whole place smell like urine and feces, it’s obvious that they don’t know how to clean! Look at how gross this floor is! And they don’t even do basic maintenance to make the rooms look half decent like painting and patching holes. And why couldn’t anyone be bothered to do a half way decent tile job? Seriously? You make thousands of dollars off just my friend alone and you can’t even put in matching tiles that aren’t broken? That’s all ignoring the fact that nothing has been updated in decades. I took pictures of my friend’s room but will not post them because I don’t want this place to figure out who it is because who knows what else they can do. You all should be ashamed! DONT EVER LET YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS COME HERE!
We just moved my father to the facility a couple weeks ago and so far, so good. Incredibly attentive staff, skilled nurses, and kindness everywhere.
We just moved my fiance's father here a few weeks ago. Everything seems great so far. Nurses are readily available and you don't need to wait too long to get help. Much better than the last facility.
The staff take great care of my mother! Access to the facility is very easy to get into, my mother is always well kept and staff in the memory care take good care of her!
Great place atmosphere to work in was something I liked it and the interview went very well I just need to be closer to home very humbling people to talk to and get along with I thank y'all for the opportunity

I am newly employed at the Arbors at Delaware and it is a Phenominal environment. I am proud to say I am not only a care-taker employed but a proud advocate for my Company and residents. At the Arbors we are not coworkers we are family and our residents are our top priority. From the delicious meals and creative fun activities I know The Arbors At Delaware is the place to be! 5 stars
My mother wasn’t in this place 24 hours. She was there just for rehabilitation and physical therapy after she had brain surgery due to a fall. We noticed immediately when we walked in her room there was no bed railings and the bed was rather small. We got her nurse and asked about the bed railings and she told us that bed railings are considered a restraint. We explained to her that our mother just had 2 brain surgeries and railings were a must. She then told us we needed to sign a document saying they had consent to put railing on her bed, so we signed the documents. We waited and waited. No bed railings were put on her bed. It was getting late and we asked again for the bed railings and they assured us that they were getting them no worries. Needless to say we received a call by 8am the next day that our mother had fallen out of bed cause no railings were ever put on her bed. Now my mother is back in icu fighting for her life. I would not let this home take care of my dog not to mention a loved one. This place is unprofessional and irresponsible. And I only gave one star cause you have to give some type of rating. Zero stars as far as I’m concerned.
