Arbors at Milford reviews
7I went in for recovery from a fx hip. No complaints about the care from all. But socialworker camein I was entitled to get a walker or a wheelchair. I reminded her several times about it. I have been home at least 6 weeks. NO WHEELCHAIR. I have called several times.assured it was on its way. Had to borrow one from a neighbor. What the heck.so annoying,
The staff are very attentive and caring. Went to visit my brother here who suffered a catastrophic stroke, is unable to speak and is now in hospice phase of care. It was clear over the 3 days I visited that he felt very cared for and had a personal connection with each staff member who came into the room. I requested to take him outside on a beautiful morning which required using a lift to move him from bed to chair. Staff responded promptly and happily. As a retired provider and health facility administrator who has run inpatient and residential care facilities, I have an appreciation for the challenges of providing such care and the value of creating a culture of true patient caring. I applaud this facility for the level of caring and compassion I witnessed.
Incompetent administrators, nursing staff and aides. A worker got in an accident while transporting my mother and other residents due to reckless driving and my mother fell out of her wheelchair due to not being properly strapped in by staff. They did not report it or treat her until I insisted on an accident report and sending her out to get checked on. Do NOT send your loved ones here if safety and their well-being matters to you.
I am the new Admissions Director at Arbors at Milford and I am impressed by the level of care and the follow-up process for each of our residents. I can honestly say I am happy to come to work each day! Come check out our facility any time!
Have had family as well as close friends receive care at this location. I hope if I ever need rehabilitation or long term care they would have a spot open.
Staff leaving fake reviews. Nichole Bond is the administrator, Colleen Cooper the nursing director and Brenda Augsbach a nurse manager. The terrible and dangerous level of care there means genuine reviews are otherwise poor and they must leave fake five-star reviews - there may be more but these three are definitely management.others probably staff or family bullied/bribed into it.
