Does crazy stuff to residents

Arbor's is a very nice place. I visited a friend yesterday. The resident's were very happy and the staff treated them very well. I was impressed.

My first visit, but so far I’m very happy with Arbors. STNA on duty, Angela I think (I’m lousy with names.) made a point of coming in to introduce herself and check on my brother.

The current director of nursing is incredibly unprofessional and childish and has not a single idea how to control her temper. She gossips about her nurses and other floor staff to other management. She is overall hard to work with.

No teamwork…. They will work you short & do not care about their residents.terrible place to work if you are a person of color. The residents are ABSOLUTELY GREAT! An ex employee of there warned me about the prejudice administration & coworkers & I still chose to proceed at my own risk. & I truly regret it. It’s 2023, you honestly would think we were past that. But I would not recommend this place AT ALL! Also the staff smokes all day & all night at this place, I don’t know how resident care is done when they are hanging outside smoking every 20 minutes… nurses & aides… ZERO STARS!

Everyone at Arbors of Minerva made me feel very welcome and I had a patient come up to me and introduce herself & ask me how am I doing today and what position am I applying for. She even said she hopes that I got the job and I will like it there.

They are great on takings care of my mom. Being patient, kind and sensitive to her needs. Thanks

Very pleased with the staff taking care of my mother and mother in law. They are sharing a room.
My mother seemed to be doing very well and said everything is going OK.
Only negative is I was told that it takes awhile for someone to come assist my mother in law (broken hip)
during the evening shift.
I would recommend Arbors in Minerva.

It was my mom's first day in and I was very surprised at how well everything went. There was no chaos, everyone there was very nice and accommodating to my mother and myself and my son when we came in. I feel at ease that my mother has come to a place where they respect you and your dignity and really do care about you and your family! Thank you to everyone to make us feel at home even if it I'd a short term stay

This is our family’s second time to have a member of our family in Minerva Arbors and last time (as this time) they have been accommodating and welcoming reassuring us they will help in any way. God Bless them

I'm going on 29yrs of service at arbors. I love my residents and my job as restorative nursing assistant and as the residents voice advocate. Arbors at minerva is the only place I have worked or ever will work if I have my way about it. I started when I was 17yrs old so my residents that has been or chose to come in future will be just like family to me and that's the # reason I have worked here so long.

If you are looking for long term care, respite care, or rehabilitation I highly recommend Arbors at Minerva. The entire staff are extremely involved, compassionate and genuine. I highly recommend Arbors for your loved one.

I highly recommend the arbors, I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Monica and peyton were both very helpful with the transition of my mother. The entire staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

They were great with my grandma during her short time there and we couldn't ask any right before she past.
