Arbors of Dublin Apartments

We spend 4 days cleaning this apartment, we scrubbed everything down, we vacuumed multiple times, we left the place cleaner than what we got there. They then sent us an email with a picture stating that there was a bad odor and that the place was dirty (as it showed in the picture they sent). Arbors of Dublin is a scam apartment and renters show beware. Do not rent with them, they will scam you. (I have pictures of every room in the apartment so I know for 100% fact that we did not leave it that dirty). RENTERS BEWARE!

Positive points for this society is location. Meijer, kohls, target, indian store are at walking distance.person who are coming firsr time to US, who do not have car in intial few months for them it would be good place. Second is dublin schools, third is play area for kids.
Negative points society is not that clean, no or low maintenance, lake is not maintained properly, no security, only rent increment every year, no rules, outsiders come and use swimming pool, gym, trash dump. Management is least bothered about these stuff only rent increment.

Came to visit a friend at Arbors of Dublin for the summer, this place is beautiful, several trees, lake and lots of grassy area. No need to go to a park to walk. Able to get my steps in here. The size of her 2 bedroom apt is huge and has updated fixtures. Very peaceful here.

My grandmother lives at these lovely apartments and i just wanted to say it’s such a nice place and makes me feel safe and also very welcomed! It’s in a nice area as well, i recommend

My greatest choice was getting an apartment here! The staff are so nice, the area is so pretty, and the apartment is nice and clean!

I fortuntely got a top floor with a lake view and it's been quite and absolutely gorgeous place to live. I am skeptical about this place because of the bad reviews and cheap rent, but it turns out to be the best place I've lived so far, underrated apartment.

Everything is very, very old, everything is damaged. They only take money from us, but everything is dirty inside and outside. The bathrooms are not suitable for use. The kitchen is dirty. The electrical appliances are very, very old and bad. There are mice everywhere. There are no repairs. They only take the money. The swimming pool is dirty. The office does not do anything for people, it only takes money and repairs are fake, only gluing from outside, everything is bad.

SLUMLORDS - WORST PLACE -

There is no button for negative stars, which this place needs. Unfourtnlety still living here, and August can't come fast enough.incompetent maintenance and services. All they do all day is drive around in their golf carts and cash in on half off rent. While my freezer to my fridge has been down since 5/30/23 and yes, I know the date because that's the date of the work order I summited that's still open, and here it is 6/30/23 with no fix in high sight.sadly, I have a list of things and how they fix it.our bathroom got flooded from the upstairs tenant and there fix for the damage was spray paint to the ceiling, and after the first month our dishwasher went out it wasn't till, I served them paper with my lawyer and the state they finally provided a new dishwasher. Management only interested in renting/ leasing once you've signed a lease they no longer care. Don’t care about broken services, security etc.the amount of car break ins and stolen vehicles is insane, with no measure to try and deter it.list is endless. Nobody cares about rules here because management doesn’t care. Take the time and walk around this place the curb appeal alone SCREAMS COME LIVE IN SLUMLORD HEAVEN!

This place please don’t move here a joke to say the least horrible experience lived there almost two years gave them 38 notice that we were vacating excellent tenants paid one time every time this was not good enough! The rude manger informed us we needed 60 day notice so in order to leave this dump we had to pay 1500 for a month that we did not even live there! On top of that we paid 1300 move out early fee only to get an email saying we owed 4000 for cleaning such changing carpets normal wear and tear this place is racist as hell! I paid extra for my Pitbull live there and show his papers when moving in! Rude management while walking dog said he not allowed! Now I call BS on that the neighbor the hall from us worked on there crew all 6 of them who had a huge pitbull too not to mention those maintenance workers who lived constantly bring new washers and dryers to their apt replacing there carpets every few months something needs to be done about this place! Dont move here!

I would leave negative stars if i could! My father recently moved out to an assisted living facility, with proper notice, keys turned in, and it looked better when we moved him out than when he moved in! No move in walk thru done and manager admitted they didnt close his unit out from previous tenants yet want to charge $ for things that were spotless and wants to keep an elderly man’s deposit! He only lived there a year and was a great tenet. Keep getting passed from one person to next and have left multiple voicemails for regional director with no response. Shame on them for taking advantage of a disabled vet! We got him out asap because the place is disgusting, just drive around and look. Smh

DO NOT MOVE HERE… charge premium prices for a trash filled dump where they clearly haven’t maintained anything for years. Have had multiple issues with my apartment and if they do come out they don’t fix the problems. They clearly cater to people who have little to no standards. Hot water issues, heating issues, plumbing issues, you name it I’ve had problems with it. My own fault I suppose for signing the lease but please take my advice and learn from my mistakes. Do not move in here.

People! Take a look around! There are many better places to live! Do not pay for this BAD DIRTY place! This apartment can be great place to live. The location is very convenient. BUT Dust and spider webs are everywhere. We lived here 9 years! We asked the manager to change the carpet! No results! Finally we moved out and received the final bill one month later! I am shocked: we have to pay for carpet change after 9 years? ! It is not fair.
