Arby's, Perrysburg OH

Can they please retrain that lady that works there I paid for a chicken bacon ranch Gordon sandwich and got a chicken sandwich I don't understand this no bacon maybe I just didn't want it anyways or need it she saw it but I paid for it

Had to repeat my order like 5 times because the young lady taking the order kept calling back the wrong stuff. Finally just pulled up to the window to speak face-to-face. Got chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with no bacon!

Love the chicken salad sandwich. Also the Andes mint green shake. Wish they carried it all year.

I was at this Arby's getting a gyro combo meal. The girl at the window is very friendly. However my fries were very cold. The food was greasy. I do like Arby's though it's a good alternative to McDonald's Burger King and Wendy's. The rumor is too that the company that owns Arby's is going to purchase Jimmy John's and then that company is going to start having Jimmy John's start making hot subs

Of course, their roast beef is good, but I tried their new Hawaiian ham and cheese sliders; very good addition to the menu!

I stopped by this Arby’s yesterday, 8/19/19, to grab dinner for work and ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. When I went to eat it, there was zero turkey on it and I didn’t have time to take it back. Very disappointed. How do you forget the main ingredient?

Ordered a sandwich & onion rings.next day looking at my bank account I was charge 17.49!? !? !?
Someone there is shady! Adding $10 extra to my bill!

Went to Wendy’s a couple minutes prior to closing and they ignored me like I was 30 minutes after closing. Waiting in line but great service thus far.

Terrible experience, ordered chicken sandwhich and got food poisioning hours later.would not recommend

Great selection of sandwiches and plenty to go with them. Friendly, prompt servive and deals every day.

My roast beef sandwich was a little dry. The meat was dryed up on the bun. Had to have them make me another one!

Conveniently located in Perrysburg. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and good food. My wife and I frequent this location regularly.

The best salted caramel cookie ever. Soft crunchy and hot every time. A must try and very delicious with a jamoca shake.

My food was nice and hot but my soda was nothing but carbonate water I took a sip of that soda and boy I thought I was gonna die but everything else was pretty good just check your soda before you pull off

Piss poor service. Make you pull ahead for 10 minutes and then only give half your order. Go inside to get it and get questioned if your sure that's what you ordered. Looking at my receipt saying what I paid for is my indication that's what I ordered. Then another 10 minute wait for them to make what they forgot.

I'll have to give them only three stars initially I went at lunch time took almost 18 minutes to make my meal when I got it it was wrong went back in I ended up getting a free sandwich but the strips of bacon on new cheddar bacon beef was unacceptable I got too scrawny pieces of bacon which you can even call bacon very unsatisfying pick up the pace a bit left me 12 minutes to eat my food and get back to work and having to go back and get my sandwich

Ordered my food 40 mins before they close and there were 3 trucks in front of me I pull up to the window sat for about 3 mins until someone Came to the window and jokingly I said oh I thought you forgot about me and she replied I did and asked what I had ordered If she wasn't in a rush to get things ready to close early then it would not have been a problem in my opinion past few times I've been to this location I've had terrible service They need better management

Quality of the food was AWFUL. Roast beef is nothing like it used to be. Wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

Delicious food and fast service. Wide selection from which to choose, so there is something for everyone. Negative, although this is fast food, a meal is a little pricey. We enjoy dining here and will drop so again.

Clean restaurant with fast service. It even has a tree growing in the middle of it, so cool. If you're looking for fast food this is a unique choice.
