Arby's, Toledo OH

They denied me service while I was picking up a grubhub order.his exact words when I said I’d like to order something too was “we don’t do that” …. Like do what? Take money and serve people? Big thumbs down!

Cheddar & beef was excellent, service was plesently fast, compared to Mickey D's or Burger King, the lines are unbelievable, not at Arby's

Its too bad that when all you gotta do is shove food into a bag and yet you still can't get it right

Have always had good food here! The only bummer right now is the dining room is closed to customers. So the drive gets backed up at rush times.

Employee named Nellie got my order just right and made me feel right at home, that girl deserves a raise, hallelujah!

This is the place that all other fast food restaurants should contract with and send their managers and employees in order to teach them how it should be done. The employees here are absolutely exceptional. They are always super nice and very fast. My orders are always accurate as well. It's a bit longer drive for me than some of the other places in my area but it is so worth a few extra minutes to go there.

Really wanted to get arbys today for lunch but the last time work decided to get arbys my roast beef sandwich the roast beef was yellow. It was dry as ****. No I didnt eat it. Tried calling them to return the sandwich but no answer. Way to mess up a favorite go to spot.

Not really the location, but the new items on the menu are bad. Stick to stuff they know how to make. Mac and cheese was horrible, and the fish sandwich was worse than McDonald's fish sandwich. Arby's, stick to what you know please.

Good, hot and good prices too. Stopped there 2 times during the Christmas season so I wouldn't have to cook. Lol

Very gross the guy at the window grabbed my card without gloves, as he’s trying to take another order while making my drinks his hand kept touching the rim of my cup because he was struggling to get it on, and then he goes to bag my food with no gloves. Considering covid you would think they would be more cautious. He’s grabbing everyone’s cash or card and then touching food I will never go to an Arby’s again this was so cringing and upsetting because we spent $24 on food just to throw it away after talking about it the whole way home!

I enjoyed my classic chicken sandwich and small curly fries, which were served promptly by your friendly staff in the drive-thru. ️

Best Arbys hands down the GM Joe is AWESOME and so is Brandi his shift lead. Way to go Arbys yall rock
