Arby's, Maumee OH

Consistently closing up shop at around 8: 45 PM. Please change your hours online and on your sign at the store. Employees just standing outside with the shop closed.

Hit the drive through just before 10pm on a Saturday night. They told me they closed at 8pm. So why were there employees still in the building? And why would anyone still be wearing their headset 2 hours after they closed? Best case scenario, they closed at 8 and the crew decided to milk the clock for some easy money. I'd say that's the best because at least then they aren't lying to the customers. They are one decent district manager away from termination.

Horribly slow line and card only. Would've been nice to have a note on or around the speaker for the drive through. I've had more than enough issues here between order accuracy and speed of service, I'll never go back.

Pulled up at 1030 pm and they said they where closed when online saids 11 at night so I don't get it. Are they supposed to close early when there online saids something and when there was a line of cars going around asking y they closed early. Won't be supporting this Arby's anymore and I'm going to let ppl know about this

First time trying & the Chicken nuggets were actually pretty big, very tender & tasty, just like you fried them at home. (nothing like MC Donald's)

Showed up at approx 5: 45 pm for dinner in the pouring rain and doors were locked. Lights on in restaurant and no sign on door. If your eat-in is closed please put a sign on the door and turn off the lights

Great tenders. But the cheese on our food was wayyyyyy over the amount supposed to be given. So that was really gross & very messy

We always get excellent coupons here. Employees are excellent. Both drive-thru and going inside. Give them a real chance.

This Arby's has always done a great job when I visit, and for the most part the people are always friendly, but for some reason today, their roast beef tastes really funny.

SUPER NICE staff and very polite. Food was fresh and fast and got everything in my big order in drive thru, food was nice and neat in bag also️ Will always come to this specific location

Okay the lettuce was more than 24 hours old very raggedy the sandwich was put together in a messy Manor everything dropped out the end the good part about it was just the meat everything else was sloppy sandwich was not cut in half all the way so when I reach down to cut it in half and fell apart it's cuz I had to pull the bread apart myself with my fingers and the the guy that was in charge that today Richard C 28th of January 1919 told me as an excuse that the lettuce was not no more than a day old after I looked at it and I ate a little bit of it and then threw the rest out he told me that which is the the manager is talking out of his butt and I don't like it when managers make up excuses for pork sandwiches especially the turkey carved turkey one that I had and the except for tries to make up for it for it by a tablet and telling me I'm wrong with the lettuce was only a day old so why would they put tired lettuce on a hand carved turkey sandwich and then make up excuses that that's what I was perfectly fresh lettuce from the manager it's not a very good manager tells the customer that they're wrong I only told him because I didn't want other customers to experience what I did and they could change the lettuce out and put fresh lettuce in so the sign of a good manager is to take the criticism as a positive not as a negative and defend so he was defend the fen defend and so I just turned my back and walked away thank you very much.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Food was cold, have to go back 4 times before they actually got my order right. Never going back to this Arby’s again
