Arby's, Rocky River OH

Read a few reviews of the rudness of the staff. It is true. If you go through the drive thru, you will be greeted with a lack of patience and rudeness. A call to the manager will get you "we are understaffed, the customers are rude also" blah blah blah.obviously the manager is very young and knows nothing about customer service and what all that entails.

Yesterday, ordered a regular reuban and a turkey reuban. Of course got home and there's 2 regular reubans. One has a half slice of corned beef, it's all bread. You forgot my fries a month ago. $19 order in total as you guys are not cheap! Thanks for turning me against fast food places. We won't be back. Enough is enough and we are tired of calling. And you ask "do you want your receipt? "

There was a problem with my order where they forgot my small shake, and I made it all the way home before I realized that I didn't have my whole order. I went back and not only did Dez replace my shake, she replaced it with a large one, and also gave me a courtesy card that's good for one free meal which includes a fry and a drink.although the card has an expiration date (because they don't go through them fast enough) she told me that I can still use it.just mention her name! Thanks for going above and beyond.totally exceeding the standards!

Good food. But sandwiches were cold this time and seemed like they were sitting around for a long time. I asked for arbys sauce but they only gave me one packet. For 2 sandwiches.

Open your restaurant! You turn away A LOT of business. It's literally been two years since covid started and EVERY other restaurant has been open since summer. It's ok! I promise! Opening the doors won't hurt you.

I have been there before, only once, with the red head. We ate inside. I had Geros and she had a wrap. The cost was under $20.00 by a couple dollars.
The place was clean. They were running out of napkins.
The girl behind the counter was rude and curt with people. She was rude to the old people who went back up to the counter and asked about the napkins.

Hate ordering from here!

They always get the orders wrong!
And the place is always closed for online ordering.

I love Arby's, just this one misses the mark!

The drive-thru is just as bad.

I ordered delivery from Uber Eats and they got my order completely wrong. When I spoke to the manager she told me that they did include items that were clearly missing from my food. The manager was very rude with me and didn’t offer anything me anything for my missing and wrong items. This was the worst customer service I have ever had and I’m never going to order from here again.

So me and a friend ate lunch we are just about threw and we both decide to get milkshakes. We sit down to finish and this crazy woman screams at us that you have to pay tax to eat in dining room. We both had serving trays and did pay taxes so I looked at her and told her we did she said some smart comments and told my I sound crazy. This Lady was the manager of the store. I have never been so insulted in my life

Way to go Arby's for correcting an issue. I had ordered six turkey sliders during happy hour. When I got home I had received 6 fried chicken sliders. Tried to call but the phone was busy for hours. Finally got through and talked to Rochelle who said they had been having phone difficulties. She took my info and told me I could get six turkey sliders complimentary the next time I visited. The next time I went they gave me my sliders without any issue. Thank you Arby's for correcting the problem! Food was terrific as always.

Arby's is solid but overpriced compared to other fast foods. I mostly only go at this point during the happy hour. The food is still very good. This location is a bit slower than most but I've also never had them mess up.

A friend and I were at Arby's at Center Ridge Rd and the restaurant was very clean, the workers were very friendly and attentive and a manager was there preparing for a meeting and she was very friendly and had been working with Arby's since she was 16 years of age. I would definitely visit this Arby's in the future.

Went to Arby's today to get the bacon sandwich so disappointing bacon was soggy and not crisp at all should have been cooked a little longer. You guys are usually great!
