American Restaurant Arby's reviews
20Truck and trailer doesn't fit in your drive through, can't order inside. What's the point in trying to get food here anymore.
Food was fantastic. Very fast. Staff working 7/31 drive thru were so nice. The new nuggets should be called tender bites. Thick, juicy, pleasantly surprised. Long day of driving. Thank u for dinner:)
Night 2 of a horrible sandwich. Figured Arby’s would be good but they didn’t have the ham and cheese slider so I did this sandwich instead. Soggy bun and seemed like our whole order was ready before we even ordered it and it was a decent sized order at 10: 30 pm. Now I’ll have to tuff it out for the rest of the night no food. Nice sized large drink cups
I work in the area and this location has always been a go to for lunch.the best curly fries around and amazing customer service.quick and efficient unlike some of the other options around.
They do a really good job at this here on Arby's, I have never been disappointed there when stopping for a quick bite between students
Keep asking for heavy onion at drive thru on my fish sandwiches.outta the last 5 visits, only first over a year ago gave me more than 4 rings of onion.boo hiss!
Nice people, not really fast but they weren't slow, unless Arby's has changed their quality standards since I worked there, they have some work to do.
Easy access from rt 2 near Huron, OH. For in store service you must wear a mask to enter. The drive was a fast and pleasant experience. The Slider menu is a good value. Between 2 and 4 pm the slider menu is just $1 per sandwich and the sandwiches are very good and of reasonable size for a $1.
Also always fresh, friendly, as quick as it can be for it's type of food. I appreciate a wait tho, I far prefer waiting knowing the quality I'll receive. Never make mistakes. It's a little pricey for fast food but really it's worth it when you realize the quality. I've heard the same man owns the Wendy's as well as this arby's. Whatever he's doing is right.can he buy the McDonalds in town too? Lol
Thank you!
Best Arby's within 100 miles, no contest. The staff seems to work great together and the products reflect their hard work. I eat here way too much and cannot recall ever having a bad experience. Even when mistakes happen, they always make it right and quickly.
Arby's restaurants seem to be a mixed bag, this one is great. The staff always polite & pleasant, the food made fresh & hot.
Used to love this place even after they changed the menu and closed the inside so you can't go in and order. Food still good. Dude at the window wouldn't give you the time of day tho, it only takes one bad seed to lose business
Hot food and Super friendly service even at 11: 00pm! I didn’t catch the name of the sweet woman working the window, but she is a keeper! Truly a great representative of your business! Thank you!
I haven't been to Arby's in years but stopped there with a friend. I got fish sandwich for $6? ! I won't do that again! Service was good at drive through and no waiting.
Don't go here if you want fresh hot food. On two separate occasions, I was given cold, hard & old sweet potato fries. I wont be back for a third time.
I got me a chicken sandy from here and boy was it good. Could have been the setting though. Picture this.beautiful, sunny, 84 degree day. On a private beach on lake Erie. You've already had 3 beers and you got that hunger. That's when you bust out that good good chicken sandy you got from the Arby's up the road. Mmmmm mmmm. Washed it down with another ice cold crispy boy (that's a beer) and, at that moment, all was well in this world.
Had the French au jus sandwich. Was fresh and really good. Mint chocolate shake was awesome as usual. Staff was very friendly.
Bbq Hawaiian sliders are top notch. Only drawback is they don't respect napkins. Either the nappies are placed in the bag, atop the bbq tenders, rendering them useless because of the contact with the saucy food or there are no nappies at all.
Food was great. Chairs and tables were sticky. I put napkins across the edge of the table to avoid the stickiness, and when ready to leave, pulled them off, leaving a layer of fuzz stuck to the edge of the table. It was that bad.
The past three night after dropping hubby off at work in Huron I'll swing in to arby and get an order of onion rings my favorite but there always burnt and taste horrible but it's only around 10pm there like that I don't know if they give me old onion rings and refry them and that's why there burnt or they just need a new fry cook
