Arby's, South Euclid OH

Not this Arby's. Wait for staff to cycle out. Rude to car infrastructure of me. Rude like I was an inconvenience.just said it's gonna be 10 min. Not pull up or park or wait with cars behind me. I drove off, to another store, came back 16 min later it was done. But no explanation orient at what I should do. Lots of other places accross the street. Worth 40 second drive across the road.

The line at the drive thru moved fast, very little wait, employee at the window was very pleasant. I highly recommend this arby's.

Normally service is great but tonite went thru drive thru at 1am and said hello 5 times. No one said anything pull up to window and she says can't help because can only take order at menu area. So she wanted me to get bk in line. R U KIDDING ME!

I went to the Arby's on Lakeshore near Eastlake the service was terrible the food order was not correct. After trying three times to get to order right we finally got our money back and left.

Nice interior on the inside I like their shakes which is wonderful and chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches are fabulous

The current drive thru person is rude and disrespectful. Most of the time I truly enjoy this place but the lady this morning was a complete jerk.

Love the crinkle fries! Also, each time I stop by, no matter the time, the service is quick and friendly. I haven't had a problem with any of my orders at this location. And the drinks aren't watered down!

Employees don't wear masks correctly. They didn't give me the whole order, had to go back to drive thru for missing sandwiches. The drive thru attendant was unapologetic, uncaring, and unfriendly. He only said what's your order and pull forward. When he handed me my food he did not say anything. When I thanked him for my food he did not say you're welcome.

There food is always fresh and hot although sometimes the wait time is long later in the evening. However, it’s worth the wait because even if something isn’t right they fix it and still show great customer service. Wish they had the hush puppy fish box at every location permanently because eye don’t eat any other type of meat ️

Last few visits the service was fantastic. Tonight it was mediocre at best. Didn't have our order together and when we stated as such all we saw was attitude. Just asking for what we paid for.nothing more.why is that such a problem?

I went there today and I bought the Reuben Corned beef sandwich. I never knew that they even sold it, because I always get the 2 Beef n Cheddar's. So I got it and it looked fantastic. It felt warm also.so I thought. Until I bit into it. It was only warm around the edges and cold in the middle. Which the cheese should have been my 1st clue. It wasn't even melted.at all.not even a little bit. Bread was fresh though. But luckily Corned Beef you can eat hot or cold. But I would have loved it better the whole sandwich hot or warm. Other than that 5 star's. 4 because I was expecting mine to have been at least warm all the way through. Didn't know i had to ask for hotness.

It's not the greatest, customer service could definitely use some training, the cookies are old and they taste like the bag, the parking lot needs to be updated because I'm sure there's been accidents. If asked I would say GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

Drive through is a PAIN to navigate with a full size pickup. Edit: they cut out part of the curb at the side street exit, much easier now.

I stopped there yesterday and the food was just terrible. Not the first time it happened. The fish sandwich was supposed to be crispy but it was soggy, tasteless. Had to throw it out it was disgusting. Wasn't worth the trip to go back but will NEVER stop there again. Staff need to be professional and serve good food.

Every now and then nothing is better than an Arby's wrap or sandwich and you absolutely have to have curly fries. Its consistently good
