Arby's, Centerville OH

Went to the drive-thru to simply get a mint shake and a fountain drink. They were not very busy but the staff acted like they had 1500 people lined up outside the door. They were in such a rush when the kid handed me my shake there was part of it spilled down the side of the cup they offered no napkins spoon straw or anything. Had to go back inside and ask him how he was going to pretend he didn't notice. He said he didn't but it's impossible as the shake was all over the outside in large lumps. They made me another one.

I wish your sandwiches looked as good as they do on TV! Was not impressed with a fish sandwich at all

Typical expensive for lunch meal. Food was hot & fresh. Plenty of options to choose from. Coupons come in real handy (I didn't have any today)

Was disappointed to find it closed when the website for this store says it's open till 12 am. Thank goodness Steak n Shake was open till 12 as their website stated.

Had the double beef and cheddar meal.disappointed to learn they don't serve potato cakes any longer. Crinkle fries were okay but I'm also not a fan of curly fries: -/ Please, bring back potato cakes!

Our food was excellent and customer service was phenomenal! We had a delightful dine in experience.

This is one of the only visits that I have had issues. Ordered beef and cheddar, got classic roast beef. Had to correct the drive thru worker on my order for jalapeno bites. I donated to the charity, but did not receive the voucher for a shake. I waited longer than usual. Again, this appeared to be a staffing issue. They are very dependable on most occasions.

Good food and service. Like crinkle cut fries. Liked brisket sandwich but doesn't need mayonnaise. Dining room open and not crowded.

Great Corned Beef sandwich. I must admit did not expect such quality from a fast food restaurant. The Corned beef had a soft, tender texture, with a taste of sweet, sour, salt, spicy, and meaty flavor. It was delicious!

Arby's seems to have the lack of employee problem even worse than most restaurants. Good food if you have lots of time to wait on it.

I’ve never had bad service at this location and the food is always correct. Yesterday the wait was a little longer and I realized the guy working the window was extremely short staffed. He was super nice and professional and my food was again correct. Be kind people, these restaurants in bellbrook are really suffering for good help. This guy kept his composure considering he had very limited help.

Ok food, HORRIBLE service! Guy at the window with long brown hair tied back and a purple shirt was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He was saying all the normal customer service polite spiele but in an extremely sarcastic, angry tone, slamming the window open and closed and yelling frustratedly at customers! I have worked food service and fast food for years, and I know how it can get, but that is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism! I really never leave reviews, especially not negative ones usually, but this guy was just that bad!
