Arby's, Mansfield OH

Lobby is always closed and food isn't the best if you want good quality food and service go to bob evans or mcdonalds on hanley road

Been here a few times and usually pretty good service. Lately for the past few months they make their own hours when they wanna be closed. Its annoying but just is what it it. Have to drive to park ave instead.

The person taking our order got mad I double checked that he got one of our drinks because as we were ordering a loud truck went by. The fries were more salt than fries. I understand being short staffed and upset but you shouldn't be rude to customers.

Attitude from the start. Had the order wrong. Hurried up and closed the door before asking if we wanted any sauce. Had to go back around in the drive thru bc store isn't opened and got attitude again.

The steak burger is the best and the Creamsicle for 1.00 is great. Try it out the burger will only be there for a month!

Tasty, but slow and underskilled and untrained employees. We periodically stop here on our travels and it always disappoints us on service, regardless of the month we visit.

We were greeted with a friendly smile, and how are you? The food was hot and fresh and the whole place was clean!

I used ta work there. Unfortunately they open and close whenever they want. Unfortunately they are shorthanded. Good food and great employees. Unfortunately the management?

They are racist and they are rude to thier workers. They food is over cooked and taste greasey. They have no respect for there customers or workers. The manger is so rude I believe her name is hidey #never eating there again

Love their new Diablo brisket and Diablo chicken sandwiches. Super spicy. The jalapeno chicken bacon ranch wrap was also good. Fast service.

The wrap was tough like if they microwave it and to much honey mustard it ran out all over my shirt ruined it I'm so mad never again will I get that tough messy wrap first time trying it and last time.

This location sucks! I got here at 5: 45pm on a Thursday and they are not open. And this is not the first time this has happened. Don’t waste your time with Arbys!

Although the wait was long, (totally understandable since workers aren't applying anywhere), we had the absolute best service. Drive thru attendant was super polite and friendly! Food was correct and delicious. For those complaining about long waits, get over it. Those who do work are doing 5 people's jobs and this gentleman still had a smile on his face! Be kind as customers or we won't have these options anymore. Great job!

I was not happy with them! The dining area was not open so went to drive thru. Didn't understand at all our order. Didn't give us 1 if our meals except the drink. Had to pull back thru to get our other food

I've gone here several times over the past year or two. And it's never been great or anywhere as good as the other Arby's I've been to. I've had their root beer float which tasted dirty essentially, and their food is ALWAYS is a bit meh.

Which normally would have given it just a three stars, but they lost a whole star today because their hours apparently now our 10: 00 a.m. To 7: 00 p.m. Yet when someone goes into the drive-thru at 6: 45 on a FRIDAY NIGHT, they decide to say they're closed and when you go back and ask "Why are they closing earlier than stated? ". They won't answer you. Sub par service and their food is okay.

I just recommend going to the cracker barrel across the interstates for sit down or any of the other fast food places around it. This place is not impressive at all or anywhere near most other Arby's in quality.

Great food. Staff is nice. They are working hard and need help. Hour are 10am to 7pm, so finally a few more later hours! Keep up good job guys!
