Arby's, Berea OH

This Arby’s been here for years. Serving me and my family with good prices. I’m very disappointed that I was not able to get the venison burger. That’s less about the restaurant and more about my own negligence. Enjoyed it, loved it, would come again.

The last two times I've been to this Arby's my sandwiches I've been horrible. Had Gyros where they at never heated the bread when I open my rapper the pita bread was in four pieces and cold. Tried the Rubin very little meat and no sauerkraut. Will be a while before I try again

Their cookies are good ONLY if you eat them right away. I took 6 home & the next morning you could not even bite into one. They weren't just HARD.they were PETRIFIED! My 1 yr old dog could not even chew one. NO joke! Someone clearly over-nuked them! They weren't exactly cheap. Not the first time this location has disappointed me. Guess I'm done this time. Don't like throwing my money in the garbage!

Shake machine closes at least 20 minutes before closing, which is when I tried to order the new root beer float. They also didn't have the au jus for the French Dip. Also, drive-thru lights were off. Closing time on this day was 1am perhaps due to the pandemic? They're usually open until 3am.

Terrible service had a delivery truck blocking drive through and couldn't get food because the lazy delivery drivers wouldn't move the truck up 2 feet for someone to be able to pull through. The guy took my order and then changed his mind after and said we're closing early.

It would be nice if they posted a maximum height for vehicles in their drive thru, it sucks waiting in line just to find out your truck is too tall to fit under an awning.

The place was clean & the staff was very personable. Definitely will go back to this location.

The food itself is always great.
Customer service on the other hand was not great. Not only did Samantha get our order wrong, but sassed us and told us we were wrong about what we ordered. She didn’t read the order back like she claimed she did and gave us attitude when we told her she gave us the wrong item. We weren’t given any utensils for our meal either.

Has anyone ever had the sliders from Arby's? Right, ok so then you know that they are barely worth a buck. For some reason this Arby's thinks their sliders are different, because they charge more then a buck. That tells me as a smart consumer, that the rest of their menu is more then likely over priced compared to other Arby's as well. I would really like to know why this location thinks their food is better then any other Arby's I have ever been to.

I have gotten good food, and service at Arby's restaurants. As they say in the commercials THEY HAVE THE MEATS!

I love the fries, the chocolate shakes are not made well, they don't look like chocolate nor do they taste like chocolate.

I love there roast beef sandwichs and potatoe cakes yummy and a delicious milk shake to top it off.people are great always friendly. I would highly recommend this place

Let me stay past closing for about 15 minutes, fast service, great food. Couldn't ask for a better Arby's!

A very clean restaurant with pleasant atmosphere. Food is probably the best of all the fast food establishments.

Gyro was cold did not taste anything like a gyro ketchup dispenser was filled with dark orange gook only the onion rings were worth eating

Only because I can’t give you zero stars. The manager was screaming at the employees calling them names standing with a bag in his hand instead of helping them during a lunch rush. I’ll never return to this location.

Always slow here. People who work at this location are not trained right. They all itch and scratch their hair and heads and other gross things. I once seen a girl making he own sandwich for break. She was wearing gloves but she still licked her hand with sauce on it. She kept on making her food no change of gloves. All the manager seems to care about is yelling out what food he is waiting for.

Very good food prices are Lil high but I love love there French aju it comes on a French bread with the dip it's so good

They usually mess up at least one part of my order. If anything they'll forget to put sauces in the bags.

Did not give us any napkins in our drive thru order.
