Arby's, Canton OH

Good food they took a while getting my order completed.but they gave me a free large shake to compensate.

Had to wait in line cuz nobody come to the cash register to serve you the restaurant was dirty the food was cold in my wife's macaroni and cheese just like you took it out of the refrigerator

The staff was so sweet.we sat inside and enjoyed and had nice conversation with a lady that says she eats there once a week xoxo

Went through the drive-thru, gave us the wrong food, went back through, and gave the wrong order again! Food was good though.

Excellent food and service! You can never go wrong with Arby's - anything on their menu that I have had is delicious!

While not really having the "atmosphere" to enjoy (in-between a Firestone Tire Center and Burger King) and facing a super busy street front, I can honestly say that the Arby's employees are always super friendly, the restaurant is kept clean and inviting, the food is always fresh and hot.not to mention delicious! I have eaten at this particular Arby's many times and never once had a bad experience of any kind! With Walmart crowning this shopping plaza in the back of the parking lot, why settle for just 'meh' food for lunch at any of the other eateries up and down the strip? Hit up Arby's instead. You and your tummy will be happy you made the Arby's choice!

I got food poisoning from this place I was deadly sick for 3 days I tried to call and talk to someone and they kept hanging up on me No lie it was from the roast beef I could not get off the bathroom floor for 2 days

The prime rib cheesesteak, What a shame.you totally ruined a good sandwich by using your fake roast beef. That was truly disgusting, and since I bought 4 of them for my family it was a total waste of $40. And let's not mention the fact that it was mostly onions and peppers and barely any meat and cheese at all.

Good service. Got the prime rib cheesesteak. In my opinion they should put the meat portion on half of the bread. Too much bread to meat mixture ratio. It tasted good.

I usually go thru for the 2pm-5pm $1 deals. Its always hit or miss sometimes the food is fresh and hot sometimes not.

They were out of ketchup and tater. Employees had music on a little loud and were singing. Tables were dirty. Fries were cold. Not impressed

Dirty store. Dirty manager. Dusty lamps. Filthy carpet. The food was not great. Fries were under cooked and cold. One sandwich was good and the other not. The soda dispenser needed serious cleaning. The Coke tasted like orange root beer. Ugh.never again. Was particularly disgusted with the expense of this bad meal based on the current economic situation. We could have spent that cash anyplace else! Never again!

It's an Arby's. You get what you expect for the most part. They close early, so don't expect to go a few minutes before closing time

I ordered inside and had 3 separate to go orders. All with special requests or discounts to be applied. So I'm difficult to say the least. But the crew here was stellar! From the cashier to the cook and Management, you see they actually do care about the customer. Arbys worldwide could use a little of what this location has. Because it works! 6 stars if I could!

Ordered a crispy CHICKEN sandwich on my very short lunch break, got back to work and found it it was a fish sandwich. Don't think fish or chicken sound anything alike. Very irritated since I'm not a fish eater.

I bought the Arby's 2 for $6.00 of regular roast beef it was good and hot it wasn't dry, and I had enough roast beef to make 4 sandwiches because they really pile on the roast beef.
