14I went through the drive-thru and purchased a smokehouse brisket sandwich. It was tender, juicy and delicious! I must have it again.
Visited the Central Ave location store #7347 on 1/16/23 for $10.04.used my credit card and have not returned.
But then my same credit card was used there 2/4/24 for $7.86 which means my credit card info was stolen and used without my knowledge. Do yourself a favor and use cash or risk them keeping your credit card info and using it when they please.
All the staff that works drive-thru are pleasant. My food is usually good. Today, a blonde hair Mngr was nice but trying to go so fast, shorted me $10 change. She was trying to give me my drink, bag and change at the same time. And she has done it before, but I caught it then. My beef and cheddar had maybe 1 tablespoon of sauce and cheese. Terrible sandwich.
We came close to close (admittedly too close) and ordered 2 cokes-Ta'Lyr, who took our order, noticed that our drinks looked a bit light, asked us to try them, and offered to get us two new ones when we realized they had little flavor. As someone who worked in food service, I would not have blamed her for letting it ride, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We really appreciated it! ️
The lady at the window was very precise and direct. They were alittle busy but got us through the drive thru line quickly, even considering how much food we ordered. Very good experience
The employees are very friendly at this location and accommodating. For some unknown reason to myself and even staff Arby's did away with their Branco berry sauce! I have no idea what to dip my jalapeño poppers in now but that doesn't deter me from ordering them every time lol
Always out of something, Always something broke, Not worth going to this location just terrible
Constantly out of stuff, Always broken equipment, This Arby's is the worst! Ordered turkey, she said no turkey because Thanksgiving is coming. WTH?
Food was pretty good, speed was a little slow but that's the way most Arby's are.
I'm sorry to say that after many years of being an Arby's guest I'm no longer impressed with their food, just I guess I outgrew it
The men's room toilet privacy door is still broken.
Anyone can open it from the outside.
Disgusting! BARE hands are being used to put your lettuce tomato and other condiments on your sandwiches, bare hands on sandwich while cutting. Come on! They're gonna make someone sick not to mention how gross that is. We were also never helped at the front counter after 15 minutes & we were 1st in line so we walked out.
This Arbys is by far the best one in every catagory possible. Talk about clean. WOW. Management here is great and whoever that girl was in the back makibg sandwhiches dang you are fast fast fast. Check this place out.
I ordered thru the drive thru, got home and discovered that they put the wrong sandwich in my bag.
