Arby's, Grove City OH

I ordered a roast beef classic sandwich and there was not exactly very much on the burger. I also ordered regular fries to go with it. Fries were really good. The atmosphere is excellent.

Non of our sandwiches came with any veggies, no Lettuce or tomatoes. It was Friday- the day before Christmas eve @4 O'clock. I appreciate them being open but I would like to have my order with all ingredients when I'm paying full price. So it was a bummer

Fries is old when u ask for fresh they don't wanna make it try different drinks taste like water I told them they need change their box drink

Terrible service. Only 3 people working. Bathrooms were gross. Had to ask help to take order, then ask to get order from the bin.

Was thinking a roast beef sandwich sounds good at 830 last night. When I arrived the staff told me they were out of roast beef and I reminded them that they are a restaurant that bases their business on selling roast beef for sandwiches and other items. They informed me that they had roast beef but none was prepared to be served. So this location may need retrained to be prepared for serving customers sandwich well before they close.

Well not a good experience. First the cheesesteak Philly we wanted we were told they were out of onions and peppers so forget that change that to curly fries and the cheddar biscuit fish fries only to not get the cheddar biscuit fish fries and find out the curly fries are gone but we can pull over and wait for them to make more. We decided to go with crinkle fries instead of waiting but after pulling out had to return since we were missing the fish. Then had to wait anyways cause the fish wasn’t ready. Should of just left because the fish sucked tasted liked breading with no fish at all not sure why they call it cheddar biscuit fish cause those three things were not in it and we had to go in to tell them they didn’t give us our order then they say come back in in about 3 minutes to pick it up when it’s ready they didn’t even bring it out to us. Don’t waste your time your money or your taste buds.

No fries, asked for condiments and got none. Her text messages at the window must had been more important.

I am not happy with this location. 3 times we have gone to this location and they had no Roast beef. Also, the employees are rude young and immature. Thank God we no longer live close by. Tonight we were just passing thru tonight. I'll never stop there again.

Staff is overworked. Fries were cold. Sandwich was poorly made. Fountain drinks had run out. Doing the best they can, I assume….

Long wait for the drive thru. My medium roast beef sandwich was not good. The meat texture was mushy. Like it was frozen and thawed and full of moisture. Very disappointed with it.

You can tell people are working short handed but if you do the job do it right. Got a beef and cheddar but cheddar was missing from half the bun

Great customer service. The food? How do you get a half hard bun consistently at the Chillicothe location? Must be a problem with this Brand in general. All locations I've visited in the past three years have been totally lackluster.

This location has once again disappointed. They were even out of the buns for the beef n cheddar. After reading the reviews, it doesn't appear as if anything is being addressed. I won't be back to this location.

Sandwiches were messy, but tasted good. Fries were a bit old. I just can’t believe how expensive it’s gotten

Order was accurate and timely but it was still Arby's. Inside was open but no ne was inside. Parking lot looked like it hasn't been cleaned in some time.
