Arby's, Seville OH

As a truck driver with only the ability to walk in get food, I will have to cross this arby's off the list. I went up to order some food, and both doors were locked. This was at about out 5 o'clock Eastern time. I'm very disappointed in arby's.

Wish I could leave zero stars because if you're a truck driver you're not welcome drive thru only appears so I went to McDonald's next door even though I despise McDonald's food I was happy to eat in spite

Thanks for not opening the door. Thanks for not answering the phone. Its 21 minutes past opening and now we have to jump back in the truck and leave. Makes me sick how hard I have to work at my job and these punks want to make money by doing nothing at all. Have a day you deserve.

Gotta say this! Would have been 5-stars for the rating on service to! But I've gotten to many French Dip sandwiches, with no dip! As well as a few times that I've gotten shorted on my cheese sticks! Learned to check the bag before I pull forward! Otherwise I love this Arby's! Considering everything nowadays! Pretty good place overall! Try them out and see for yourself!

Drive thru was fast, busy and many cars but quickly out of there and back on the highway, order was accurate, fresh and hot. The order taker was very friendly.

You know how you get a sandwich and it's all sloppy. Not here! My roast beef sandwich was picture perfect!

They closed their lobby conveniently at 4.30pm same time truck drivers start finishing their day. After 4.30 if you're a truck driver they expect you to stand in line of cars and rain. Disrespectful. McDonald's next door will allow anyone inside no matter who they are.

When though the drive thur on 3- @ 2: 15p. I ask for Arby's sauce with my order since I was using it on the sandwich for my lunch. I didn't received it or napkins. They need to retrain their staff. If we stopping going there then the store will closed. This is the second time this happen at this location to me. If they don't want my money then I will go somewhere else

Crispy Chicken Sandwich came with one small piece of chicken in it which only covered half the sandwich, the rest was just bread. All 4 large fries were different temperatures, the one I ate were the coldest. One of the Beef and cheddars had hardly anything in it compared to the other one, the only food that came out the way it should have was the gyro. Waste of $30

Food was good as usual. Service in the drive through seemed a little slower than usual, but it wasn't terrible.

Pretty sad business model being next to a truck stop and won't serve driver's. So I went next door and got food I really didn't want.

Great Arby's with good service. They are polite and get food out correctly and quickly.

They would get a five just on their new hot honey bnls wings & fries combo alone! Add in a friendly staff and fast service, and it's an all around winner!

Sadly, they’re turning away truck drivers who walk up to the drive through. I called them and asked if they were open, they said they were closed due to short staffing. So I went o McDonald’s and they graciously opened their doors for us with hot food and a welcome smile! As we watched cars getting their orders at Arbys filled… yup def looked closed to me….

Upset hours on internet was til 10pm pulled in at 850pm and they wouldn’t serve my family they said they were closed. Pretty upset when the served a truck right ahead of us. Won’t be back and neither will family or friends!

Great place. Hard decision between 2 restaurants side by side. Very satisfied with the decision to go with Arby's. Great service. Great food. In all fairness I will go visit Pennywise in the AM.

Multiple wrong orders even after repeating order. Recommend eating some place else. Would be a zero star but wouldn't let me post it.
