Arby's, Toledo OH

This is one of the better Arby's locations in town. The staff is nice and they actually give you freshly made food

Ok. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THIS ONE. AFTER AN EVENTFUL NIGHT WATCHING A LADY’S HIGHSCHOOL BASKETBALL GAME, ME AND MY GIRLFRIENDS (MY MOM AND MY COUSIN) DECIDED TO STOP AT MCDONALDS TO GET SHAKES. UNFORTUNATELY ALL THE MCDONALDS WERE TO FAR SO WE HAD TO RESORT TO ARBYS. (WHICH IS MY LAST OPTION FROM NOW ON BY THE WAY.) WE WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND ORDERED 3 SMALL JAMOICA SHAKES. WE THEN PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW TO RETRIEVE OUR DESSERTS. MY MOTHER CRACKED A JOKE AND THE ARBYS WORKER DIDN’T EVEN GRIN. SHE TOOK AN ETERNITY TO MAKE 3 DRINKS AND WHEN SHE FINALLY GAVE THEM TO US THEY WERE VERY NOTICEABLY HALF EMPTY. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED- IN FACT, I GASPED. WE WERE CERTAIN THE WORKER MUST HAVE DRANK OR DRINKS WHILE MAKING THEM BUT THAT COULDNT HAVE BEEN THE CASE. THE THREE OF US STARED AT OUR SHAKES IN AWE. WHEN WE ORDERED SMALL WE DIDNT MEAN ONE OUNCE WORTH. AND GET THIS. WHEN WE TRIED THE FIRST SIP NOTHING EVEN CAME OUT. IT WAS SO UNBELIEVABLY THICK I WOULD CALL IT A MALT. SHE BETTER HAVE GIVEN US HALF OFF FOR THAT RIDICULOUS SIZED SERVING. THE POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF GENEROSITY WAS APPALLING AND SICKENING. I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES! ARBYS IS CANCELED!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible services, terrible staff, one of the worst places you can go

Forgot the bun on a sandwich. How can you forget the bun on a sandwich that is one of your signature sandwiches?

Didn't even get to order since I wasn't greeted by a cashier until I said something to the group of people laughing and talking by the drive thru. I didn't even get to eat on my break.

They have gone down hill been there 3 different times between 5pm and 7pm and they are always out of roast beef! Called next day to speak to a manager and was not surprised about it was very rude. Will drive out of my way to another location before returning to this one.

I ordered a beef and cheddar classic, no cheddar on my sandwich and no Arby's sauce. It was just sliced roast beef on a plain bun.
They were NOT busy, there was one car at the window and I had to wait over 7
minutes just to have them take my order. The car in front of me and myself were the only two cars in the drive through. This Arby's used to be the very best at customer service, your order was always correct and quality was the second to none. I am so disappointed.

Well the only good thing I can say are the fries were perfect. Place was a mess. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and I got 2 chicken tenders thrown on a peace of bread, and missing the cheese in both. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

The place is ghetto, we walked out because the mgr made passes at another customer with us right in front of her. Very unprofessional

Mainly teenagers working there. Hot Cheeto girl answering the phone, got an attitude when I asked if they were open when 90% of this time this location is closed due to no employees.
I decided to still go and get a meal, the fries were fresh and delicious but the two sandwiches I got were not fresh at all, as if they were just sitting under a food warmer for a long period of time.

My card information was compromised today, I have reason to believe it may have been an employee here. As I haven't used this card anywhere else. Upon calling and trying to speak with the manager about it, I was told that's impossible and was then hung up on.

The line was long, and the woman who took my order missed an item and was rude about it when asked at the window for the item, would not let me purchase the item with her and insisted i sit in the long line over again for my one item. But when I went inside to place another order for that item the manager came over to help, was extremely kind and caring, and gave me my single item order for free because of the inconvenience. The manager definitely saved the day!

Definite hasty choice.

I went to this location because my daughters wanted to grab a bite to eat before they arrived at their destination. I was completely dissatisfied with the service. From the young lady taking my order while laughing and speaking to one of her coworkers to the COLD FOOD. The young lady who took my money was fine, but everything else completely horrible.in the words of my daughter, "The fries tasted like they had been in the car for two summers. " They were cold and salty. The sandwiches were also cold and for the prices they charge, EVERYTHING should have been TOP TIER. Perhaps the service is better during the day (lunchtime, maybe), but this evening, it was terrible. This is not the first time I have been to this location and experienced this. I thought perhaps it would be different if given a second chance. So.if you really want Arby's and are willing to drive a few extra minutes, drive to the one on Dussel. The service is always good, and the food is ALWAYS FRESH.

I waited in line for 30 mins for my food. They for got my cheese sauce and mozzarella sticks, so I had to go in. Then i get all the way home and I have the wrong sandwiches. I call and the manger has me come back and they remake my sandwiches. I get home and the turkey club I ordered originally has no turkey on it. I tried calling them back but no answer. This isn't like this Arby's to mess up like this. I'm hoping this was just a bad day.

I was first in line still had a 10 min wait for my order and they still got it wrong had another 10 min wait for 3pc tender they forgot and charged me for a side of cheese and never received it I also had the New Chkn Chedder ranch you tell me if you’d order this Never Again Will I be here again and Another thing I GOT ALL THE WAY HOME AND THEIR NUMBER ATTACHED TO THE STORE NO LONGER WORKS‍️

The staff tries their best to complete your order as best they can while short staffed. With that effort and care, I don't mind the long wait!

I ordered from door dash my dasher waited 30 minutes for my food so it should have been fresh (i live 10 minutes from the restaurant but i don't drive so i have to use door dash) all my food was cold and tasted old so my stuff had been sitting all day or something smh. I ordered from byrne rd. Never again this use to be my favorite place.

Used to be great, not anymore. Food is cold, half full, missing items and when I called to tell them the woman argued with me then hung up on me! When I called to speak to the main manager the next morning he didn’t seem to care. Seemed shocked I even called. Today went to get the replacement meal and it took 15minutes to make which is just ridiculous, was still half full, missing cheese cup and didn’t give the drink! Unbelievable!

I wouldn’t be surprised if this location is closed within one year. They lost my business for good.
