Arby's, Cambridge OH

Didn't even want to rate this they soaked my car my food was extremely rude will never return again!

Arby's is located at Love's Truck Stop at the Airport exit in Zanesville OH. Always great service and good food. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, clean establishment! And found out only 9 people working total so it was run efficiently! So kudos to Manager and those working with to make experience awesome!

On a road trip. I don’t want to use the drive-thru. I want to come into the dining room, so I can use the bathroom (and buy something). What is going on with the FF industry lately? Three different places in two days and none of the dining rooms open.

Sandwiches were good.curly fries, not so much. I miss the potato cakes. Had a jamocha shake for the first time in years.it was disappointing.

We stopped at 7: 45 PM and the teller told us it was closed when it stated they closed 8 PM.

Repeated order 3 times to person working window. Order was wrong when we got home. Roast beef sandwich rolled up like a sub. Employees need better training.

They have a great chicken sandwich. The 3/4LB roast beef sandwich with swift cheese/horse radish is delicious.

Haven't been there in awhile, took off junior sandwiches off menu. Got a chicken sandwich, wasn't chicken pattie, just two strips that didn't cover bun. For as much as they are, you shouldn't have to tear away parts of bun with nothing on it.

The old lady at the window has an attitude problem! Very rude! I sat for over 20 minutes all i ordered was a sandwich and Fries? ! I seen no one in the kitchen my food was just sitting on the counter after 20 minutes they hand me it

They tend to mess up orders quite alot. Always check your bag if you are getting food to go!

I stopped going there a couple of years ago. I saw how the food is really made & there is no way I will ever eat there again.

Good food as there is with Arby's. Accommodating in most circumstances to make their patrons experience satisfying. Very friendly staff on my ventures there. Though with any location that may very upon shift hours, as well as turn over. Try it for yourself. I recommend their strawberry lemonade if you can spring for it.

Ordered a medium sandwich and it looked more like a mini. And no chocolate milkshakes available. Disappointing experience.

Pretty high price for what you get on a sandwich. Back when they first open you got a lot more meat on your sandwich.

Well. We stopped Monday. Went through the drive through. There was a sign advertising the orange cream shake. And the shamrock one. But apparently they don't have the orange cream one, yet still have the shamrock one. St Patrick's day is over. That's false advertising. Anyway, we ordered the 9 piece nuggets with curly fries, and honey mustard, and white cheddar mac and cheese. And a chocolate milkshake and a vanilla milkshake. Got our food and as we started to pull away from the drive thru we discovered we got mozzarella sticks instead of curly fries. Pulled back around and got the curly fries, but they didn't seem too thrilled to fix it
