Arby's, Wooster OH

Fast service. Parking and driveway really tight. Difficult to manage with bigger vehicle.

My husband, son and I stopped Friday night for a late dinner after visiting a friend in hospice. They were getting ready to close the dining room and since it was late I figured we’d be rushed and the meal might not amount to much. Well, not only did they let us go ahead and eat our meal there but we had the best meal I’ve ever had at an Arby’s - It was excellent! Everything was hot and fresh tasting and the people working were so nice! Thanks for the excellent food, service and hospitality!

Super rude! Manager actually yelled at me through the drive thru speaker over a coupon and how to readuse it. Doubt I return!

Couldn't get waited on at Beal Ave.in Wooster. They were changing workers, weighing the money, etc.and said it would be just a minute. We waited what we thought was a reasonable amount of time and then left. Nothing was said, in fact, they didn't even look at us.

Horrible service waited 15 min to order, server didn’t want to take our order cause she was close to getting off horrible horrible customer service

My Momma and I pulled up this evening, there was a single truck, with a single man sitting at the window and not another vehicle at the premises; we think it's going to be a quick stop to grab a Gyro for my Dad and be on our way. We waited to order for 8 minutes.then we pulled around to the window, only to see the same feller still sitting there in the truck.preceded to wait another 10 minutes and finally got up to the window. I don't think I've ever seen people work, but not do anything productive.it was weird.the wait time was un-real. I've worked fast food, it's not difficult.so many questions.not the first time we've had issues at this establishment, won't be returning here again. Our mistake really.

The manager Sherry I believe her name was was super helpful and food was brought out in a timely manner

Ours in colerain seems to be getting better, quicker, more accurate, more customer oriented

This jit place was lit. Great customer service and some baller workers. They did try to sell me drugs tho.

Waited in drive thru line 25 mins, because u can't go inside, was tempted to leave b 4 I received my food

Got the wrong food.was already home 45 min.away so I wasn't going bk. Thank goodness it was also sliders.

Arby's on Beal Avenue in Wooster Ohio. Has some great people working there, the person that I need to give credit to is Sherrie. God Bless You All.

Love the Arby's in Wooster both of them are phenomenal staff is always awesome the food's great and if there's a mess up they don't give you a hassle about fixing it like most places just delightful food an staff

Tried to overcharge me, then I received wrong type fries, even after order taker repeated back the type I asked for.

Waited in line for too long to find out no milkshakes. Understaffed. Won't be back until they are ready for business.
