Arby's, Norton OH

2 "large" fries right out the bag and this is what I get? !? !? !? ! Are you FREAKING kidding me? !? !? !? ! And the amount of cheese on this sandwich is ridiculous. I will NEVER come back to this Arbys EVER again! What I waste. I think I'll be disputing the charges with me bank seeing as this is complete FRAUD! I do not recommend this location at all! Rude staff simply just to ask if there were straws in the bag since this was an online order. Freaking crazy to think this cost me 20 dollars! And don't get me started on the half pound roast beef sandwich either.

The food was to be expected, however, I have to feed a large family and the only negative thing I have to say is when you order a large fry you expect to get a large fry not a small amount of fries in a large fry container. I said I have a large family and I did not get my moneys worth for the amount that I received.

Arby's will nickel and dime you at any chance. Food is usually good but portions are small. Roast beef sandwiches are tiny.
Expect to pay $10+ for an average meal. 2 people usually eat for $25
Not hard to spend $20 on single lunch if buying a la carte.
Employees are hit or miss.
Not like the old days where they used to have the meats.

Outrageous prices and slow drive thru and too many mistakes even when there's no customers in front of me. I could understand if I got fresh food but alas that isn't the case. Arby's in general just isn't the same

It's Arby's. If you need a quick bite to eat, the food is warm and drinks are cold. If the staff could get your order right and maybe have a bit of personality it'd still, just be Arby's.

I got served faster than the Wendy's across the street could finally tell me they weren't doing inside orders after standing there for 5 minutes. This Arby's is always super fast, friendly, and the food is perfect. You need to over to Wendy's and show them how it's done.

Good food. Short line in the drive threw. Did not like that my roast beef sandwich was in a bag instead of a normal box. Most of my roast beef fell off the bun when turned sideways in the bag.

I went into try the new steak and with crinkled fries. I even expressed that to the people at the counter that this is new to me. I was hoping that they would at least make sure it was good. But in a string of sad results for most fast food since the pandemic, this one seems to just be right up there with everybody else. The staff was predominantly not too friendly. The fries came out I took one fry and walked back up to the counter. Because the fries were borderline cold and they were pasty. Now I just got done telling them that I've never had this before so you would have thought they would have made it nice and fresh with a smile. So anyways I waited on the fries. And the fry cook kept giving me kind of smirky looks. And when the fries came out he took his good old time dumping it slowly maybe salting a little bit but everything wasn't slow motion and he kept looking back at me and I'm basically getting ready to blow my top. He hands the fries to the woman where the girl who is going to hand them to me and he whispered something and she shook four or five fries out of the box. That pretty much lit my candle right there. That was rude upon rude. All I wanted was what I paid for fresh hot food. So I'd have to say it's a 3 a sandwich didn't taste bad but it was microwaved you know the bread was rubbery and hard to bite off. I wish Arby's would stop microwaving their food. You don't microwave bread. So I won't be going back there for another 6 months I give everybody 6 months after a bad stint, that gives them time to cycle through some people maybe we'll get people back from the 1970s that know how to work. This generation is a mess.

The Roast Beef wasn't fully cooked! I went to the drive thru on Friday afternoon Oct. 21st and got my daughter's regular, a kids meal and a reg.roast beef sandwich. She ate all her kids slider, but only half of her roast beef sandwich. She woke up the next day saying her belly hurt, and by nighttime was vomiting. I went back and looked at the other half of the roast beef sandwich and to my horror discovered it was 50% pink! The meat was pink! I'm going to assume that means it wasn't fully cooked. I'm so disappointed, this was my daughter's favorite fast food place, we would frequent at least once a week, if not twice a week, but having a 4yr old get that sick was AWFUL!

Was missing several items that I ordered. On top of that there were no straws, sauces requested and the fries were all larges but less than half filled. I'll never order again

Dylan did an amazing job with making my food and i had the best experience food wise i’ve ever had there.

Terrible! It took over five minutes to get one sandwich and it was so gross I took a bite and threw the rest out. Go to Chipotle.

Horrible experience.was not asked to pull up, But being a good citizen. I pulled up because there was 2 vehicles behind me I was then yelled at Out the window by an employee to pull up. That's when I walked in to try to get my food when I saw the Condition of the kitchen. Not to mention half of my food was undercooked I will definitely not be coming back I'll be coming back even though I used to go there growing up all the time

Jamoica shake was good, the cheese sticks were great with honey mustard and my favorite the classic with horsey sauce. Love it!

Tried the new fish and it was good. Fries.blah, not crisp at all. Just about froze in the dining area. I'm all for A/C but brrrrr

Clean very friendly and with Chipotle not wanting take certain food items unless u order online, McDonald's that screws up a single coffee order everytime and Wendy's nasty soggy food this is a solid place

Always enjoy the food here BUT sat in the drive thru lane AT THE SPEAKER for over 20 minutes. Drive thru here is never consistently fast.

Great Meats! Good service and staff. There is always a fun and tasty menu here, in fact this location had venison when very few in Ohio had it. That is around deer season / Thanksgiving. I love the variety of meats, from Smoked Meats to roast beef to corned beef. Meat candy! Yummy! This location received a complete renovation in 2018.

It’s Thursday July 21st 2022, and I just left this Arby’s. DO NOT COME HERE. I asked very politely what I wanted. Curly fries, a couple sandwiches, and a wrap. I also asked for extra arbys sauce and offered to pay. The wrap that I got, had all, and I mean all of the chicken laying in the bottom of the bag, and not in the sandwich. Also, we got 0 arbys sauce. I was okay with putting the falling chicken back into my wrap, but I still wanted Arbys sauce. I went inside, and when I asked for arbys sauce she rolled her eyes and walked away. I don’t know if this was the manager but she had several tattoos on her neck. Not saying that’s a bad thing, just trying to identify her. I stood and waited for 15 minutes and she gave me 3 arbys sauce packets. She never spoke a word to me. Also, they didn’t give us a receipt. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. The absolute worst.
