Arby's, Whitehall OH

As I was driving past I saw a sign that said $2 for seven beef n cheddar. I went to the drive-through and asked for it and they said that it was two for $7, not $2. I believe that I saw the sign incorrectly and continue to order a fish sandwich as I was going back to my destination I looked back and saw the sign that I thought I saw which was $2 for seven beef n cheddar. I decided to turn back around and go into the restaurant I was called a liar. I told a woman that she should go outside and look at the side herself and she did as with the manager. After the two women saw the sign they apologized and said the manager did it. I Ask them if can I still get that deal because that's what made me stop into Arby's and they said no. They said they couldn't do it and it was the owner's mistake. Not taking my information so I could speak to the owner directly they proceeded to get smart. I also screenshot the sign! It was disrespectful.

Ordered the kings deluxe fish sandwich and got this sad no where near what was described or pictured sandwich why am I paying more for this just got me for extra money I heard good reviews about their fish sandwiches couldn't have been from this location!

Ordered a large peach lemonade and she gave me what is considered in other fast food places a medium size and said they changed the cup sizes, won't pay 2.89 for a medium size, you dropped the potato cakes and the chicken salad, now this, I will not go to Arby's ever again

Very poor attitude by the cashier. Never made eye contact, and grunted "hi, ready to order? " before I was even through the door. When I said 'not quite yet' she huffed and turned away. Tried the new bacon ranch mac-n-cheese, but was lukewarm and glumpy. Good thing I'll never be back in Columbus OH again, and certainly won't darken these doors again either.

Order was prepared promptly. Quick, friendly, and fast service. I will return again. Thank you for being there.

I got the 2 for 7 fish sandwich and they made me fresh fish so it was definitely hot and fresh

Don't get food here if you want Arby's sauce! 4 sandwiches & large fry, only have me enough Arby's sauce for 3 sandwiches. I even offered to buy extra sauce, man at drive thru refused. Won't go back, food sucks without Arby's sauce! RAX, HERE I COME!

My why you booger was burnt it was half the size of my bun and my jalapeno poppers had all the cream cheese blowed out of them I was not happy

Curly fries were cold strawberry cheesecake could’ve been better if you don’t request for hot fries you will not receive them and this is not the only store that says if you do not request for hot fries you will not get them what kind of is that and I pay over $20 for my food so I won’t be doing Arby’s that often and if I do I will not request any fries ever again

The service is good and the employee at the window was friendly and helpful. Food was done fairly quickly. I only gave three stars because the fries were cold, the chicken tenders were either over cooked or old and the roast beef was horrible. It has a strange texture and taste. My wife and I threw away most of the meal. Pretty much a waste of money. I went through the drive thru so no option to try and remedy it on site.

Cashier doesn't know what he's doing, and the manager isn't doing anything productively. Multiple people came in complaining about missing a few burgers that they've ordered, it was truly hectic.

It's a decent fast food restaurant. Updated to 4 stars. Super nice staff. Food hot and good. Can tell the fryer grease is clean.

Stay away from arby theirs a mang at Whitehall location very inconsiderate and rude when they didn't take my order the right way went back up there she was acting like the sandwich that was missing was coming out her back account refuse to make it right

I can tell this place has been taken over by someone else. Service was excellent, food was great. In the past there's been issues with disrespectful employees, menu items not available and food not being in the bag. Much better experience

The worst place I've been ever, service was just down right ridiculous, management seemed non existent food just horrible, next steps Health dept.

Car was in better shape when straight-line got the car went to pick car up paint was chiped the guts on in side was hangng on floor mats were missing car was hit in back but the hood and drivers side fender was out of line owner seemed like he didn't car I beg you never have your car sent there big mistake BTW my daughter refused to take her car she left it there owner seemed upset when my daughter begin to take pics of her car

This Arby's got me into eating Arby's. The food is always prepared really well and hot, order is always correct, and the staff is usually very nice. The only thing that brought this down a star was that I ordered online so I could pick it up on my way to visit my aunt, but I guess the person at the window thought it was a Door Dash order and told me to come inside. I didn't catch it at the time to correct the misconception so I sent my brother in instead, but I wish she'd at least asked me to clarify if that was the case. Kind of inconvenient to order so I don't have to get out of the car but I'm still told to get out of the car. Lol But other than that, I love this location!

Food was awesome order was right, and it was a VERY large order and there was only 2 people inside
