Arby's, Youngstown OH

Arby's use to pile the meat and actually fill the whole piece of bread. This store does not. Order 4 sandwiches and get one packet of sauce.

Ordered online, despite noone at all in line or in the drive through took 15 minutes for the kid to ask to take my order, my food was soggy and ice cold by the time I got it and for some reason my rueben sandwich was super salty. Won't ever go to this location again.

These kids don’t even know how to make change. I gave them the odd pennies all they had to do was punch it in and still couldn’t make change correctly! They need to teach the employees how to make change.

Went to redeem my free roast beef sandwich via mobile order. When I arrived the line was very long and hardly moving. They tried to give me just my drink and not my sandwich. When I informed the lady working of my free sandwich she got a total ghetto attitude with me. I proceeded to show it to her on my phone and she was totally snotty giving me my sandwich and yells, here, we gave it to you. From now on, I will just go to the one on 46 that I usually go to with no issue. I was running errands in the area, so that is why I went to Mahoning. I do not appreciate being treated that way and will not be going back.

Food is great service has been terrible recently. I guess all the good employees quit.
I go to the Route 46 location instead when possible.

Quick an easy great service food was good an correct just a little expensive as Arby's tends to be

Just about everytime I come here somthing is wrong with my food. A sandwich made wrong, wrong size fry. I would suggest checking your food before you even pull away from the window.

Good food expect sometimes you may get the wrong order, also girls have attitude problems who work there which isn't good for business

Service was good disappointed in the new fish meal. No coleslaw no hush puppies I don’t feel this was worth the 8 something I paid for the meal. It taste good and I’m full so lol it was okay.

Fix the dam unavoidable pothole right at the drive thru window! Its been months. No excuse for it.

Service was rather quick with no issues. Food was good and seemed fresh for being later in the evening. Only real complaints is when asking for extra sauce on the sandwich, I don't think they actually did so.

These people are absolutely moronic. Tell me how you order a roast beef and a fish sandwich no lettuce, for a special promo price of two for $6 along with other sides. I end up getting two sandwiches rung up for the individual price.a roast beef with a chicken sandwich with lettuce. It’s not a hard concept to follow Directions, yet there people still want $15 an hour and can’t do menial tasks!

Went to arbys today, after forgetting our fries, my wife went in to let them know, they gave us our fries and went home. Halfway through our overcooked fries, I see something that's bright blue. It was a skittle. Like how TF do you not see a bright blue skittle! I called the store to tell the manager, was then hung up on, then called corporate and was then apologized to and offered a gift card, as if I would ever eat at another arbys ever again. Would rate 0 stars if I could

I used to love Arby's, it is expensive and the food is very sloppy. When I go to Arby's anymore the customer service at any drive thru locations is horrible. I could go to Texas roadhouse and get 2 steak dinners that taste great for the same price I pay for sloppy food that may or may not even be fresh so I been just cooking at home I'm over supporting a business that has rude employees that don't even greet you and hand off your food so fast you can't get your money together fast enough before they are handing u 2 drinks your bag of food and your change rushing you off so they can do the same to the car behind you.

I would say it was a good experience but it wasn't. The drive thru guy was monotoned. Asked for a shake at 3pm and was told their milkshake machine doesn't work, since when is arby's acting like mcdonalds employees being so lazy? We all know you just don't wanna make them. Won't be returning. Watched employee walk to shake machine, it was full functioning. Absolutely terrible. You're employees need to do better.

Expensive. Have to buy 3 regular roast beef sandwiches to make 1 large sandwich because they skimp on the beef.

6 Army melts and assorted sides & drinks, as usual, for the kids. On the QT, I grabbed a medium chocolate shake. Arby's does have some of the best shakes around.
