Arby's, Lima OH

The worst customer service from start to finish! I ordered a French dip and Swiss and was missing the au jus sauce that goes with it. When I called, they rudely asked for my receipt number and when I gave it to them they said all they could do was replace the sauce. This location is the WORST.

I really hate to give 1 star without reviewing the food but wow.how is it almost 2023 and you can't place an order online/ through the app. I literally changed where I was eating due to this. Cmon guys that's pretty ridiculous.

I always love going to Arby's and this one was very nice. The staff was a little more concerned with talking than getting our food to us which was a little frustrating but it was still good. Tables could have used a good wipe down, it took us a minute to find a clean one to sit at.

I was in this Arby's tonight and was so impressed with the girl that was making the sandwiches I gave her a large tip. I was in the McDonald's next door last night and waited 20 minutes on 1 McChicken and there was 3 people working the line and they was not that busy. Here this girl was doing it by herself. I hope the owners of this store sees this and gives her a raise or something. It is very hard to find good help these days!

I went through the drive-thru here and was delighted to get exactly what I ordered. My sandwich was made correctly and everything was delicious.

I've had issues with other Arby's locations, but rarely ever with this location.

I ordered a Prime Rib Cheesesteak. It did not look like the sandwich on the TV commercials or the menu item on the website. You could not see any of the inside items showing or sticking/ hanging out like in the advertisements. The bread was tight together at the slice. I was disappointed it was not a more full sandwich. I must say I was not disappointed with the taste. It tasted great. I wanted more of it!

Be sure to check your order before leaving. 3 times after getting home orders were wrong. Last time they forgot a meal in the bag, drove back to get it corrected, when we got home it was still wrong. Once asked for ice tea and got a diluted punch terrible tasting drink.

Terrible service people were just standing there and they messed up most of our order. Go to the McDonalds or Burger King across the street

Order a Buffalo chicken wrap, was super sloppy, Buffalo sauce was excessive to the point you can’t see the veggies, even the paper wrap was full of sauce.

Can't eat wheat because my body sucks. Half pound roast beef no bun. Delicious! I am sure having just a half pound of meat for lunch is somewhere on the food pyramid.

Food here is below average compared to the other lima locations. Make sure to check your bag for all your food because the kids that work here won't. They thought it was funny to hand me a shake with chocolate syrup all over the outside of the cup too. Beyond unprofessional. This is the 4th time they have forgotten items now. Won't be returning here. Ever.

Dude, employees were actually the nicest. Also had very nice bathrooms and a cool tree inside.

Good food they been having a hard time keeping mozzarella sticks in and that 1 of my favorites and they a little pricey on all food

This is the best Arby’s in Lima area hands-down. The food is always fresher than the other locations. The owners are also great people and it seems like they hire pretty good staff. Thanks Arby’s Shawnee Rd.

Girl at the window asked what she thought our order was, we said no, and she still gave us that order that was not correct. One sandwich we got we clearly said plain guess what.it wasn't plain.

Thinly sliced beef, hot, fresh cheese sticks, sandwiches looked great n tasted even better!

Will never eat here again after I heard how some of the employees treated our local Shawnee Police Department!

The staff @ the Shawnee Ohio was very disorganized & I had to tell the girl @ the pickup window what my order was about 3 to 5 times all I could do was just SMH & say WWWOOWW. My Fiance was with me too & she was EVEN she was like are you kidding me.

Always good for some quick, drive-thru, comfort food. Didn't appreciate the fact that the girl who waited on me, in the drive-thru, had her mask hanging on one ear.

Food was served in a timely manner & fresh. The staff was friendly & the dine in area was very clean!
